As a family we have been very impressed with the professionalism and care shown by the staff at Bradleys during the house sale. We never felt pressured in any way, and we were kept in touch with progress at each stage of the process. Right from the initial visit, we knew we were in safe, capable hands. They listened to all our concerns and they agreed on an acceptable sale price which was achieved in good time. All house sales have stress attached to them and, when a home has been in a family for many years, there is an understandable emotional element too. The staff at Bradleys understood this, and they handled the whole process with thoughtfulness and competence throughout.

We purchased our first house together through Bradley's and were so impressed with their service, despite the fact they would have been acting on their clients behalf (the sellers) and not us (the buyers). They made the process so uncomplicated, communicated well, which is not often the way when it comes to a house purchase in the UK. Fast forward to 5 years later when we looked to sell our house and move, it was a no-brainer to sell through Bradley's. And they did not disappoint. Their knowledge of the property market was second to none, confirming that we were in safe hands. Freya, Josh and the rest of the team were always friendly and personable, and I would have no hesitation using them again.

I bought a house through Bradley's and recently completed. I found them to always be super friendly and open to questions. They kept me up to date throughout the difficult buying and selling process and I never felt a bother.
Only complaint is that Josh and Claire don't like strawberry creams, but I guess I can't take a star away for that.

I cannot recommend the Bradley team highly enough. After interviewing 6 estate agents, I chose Bradleys because I felt they sold houses rather than just marketed houses. This proved to be the case, and we sold our house within a week at the price we wanted. Clare is an absolute credit to Bradleys Taunton! Her friendly, smiley approach to customer service makes her a joy to interact with. As a first time buyer I didn't know what to expect, but from the first day I step through the doors at Bradleys to arrange a viewing for a property I had seen online, Clare made me feel welcome and listened it. Her attention to detail was fantastic on viewings remembering the things that were important to me from previous viewings. Nothing was too much trouble to find out answers or arrange another viewing. I never felt rushed whilst viewing either which I really appreciate as its a lot to take in as a first time buyer. Clare always made me aware of the latest properties they had coming to the market which actually fitted my specific criteria rather than just everything.

Fantastic Service! I was relocating to Somerset and the property was on the market with Bradleys. I met Freya at the property for a viewing, throughout which, she was very knowledgeable and provided a lot of information.
I have moved around quite a lot and have never received such care and attention. I felt like I was top priority through the whole process. I was kept informed at every step and my questions were answered as soon as possible. All in all, exceptional service to which I am not generally accustomed!! And, when I collected the key I was most impressed to see a Bradleys metal house shaped keyring - such a thoughtful touch. Thank you to Freya and the whole team for providing a smooth and stress free new home purchase. As an aside, I used the recommended firm to do the conveyancing on my behalf. They were also extremely customer focused and their fees were very competitive.

We purchased our new home through Bradleys at Taunton. The whole process was handled by one of the nicest, calm, professional individuals I have ever met, James Whittaker.
The purchase became problematic soon after our offer was accepted and threw up many barriers along the 7 month journey to completion. James took us from initial viewing through to handing us the keys at the end.
Bradleys were excellent throughout, really helpful and often going beyond to help the process succeed.

Throughout the buying process, the continual contact and support from the Bradleys team was exceptional and helped to make the whole process as smooth and stress-free as possible, even with a few unexpected delays along the way the process only took around 8 weeks from first viewing to exchange.
Buying our first home meant learning a lot as we went along. Ben, James and Josh all played a huge part in making sure everything was as smooth as possible. They were always on hand to answer any questions we had and if they were unable to get to the phone I always had an email reply within 24 hours.

We didn't even use Bradleys as our selling agent- we moved across country and were buying the house that they were marketing. That said, Josh deserves a shout out for his professionalism and customer service that went above and beyond.
We had some major issues in our chain (the people buying our house were incredibly difficult, disorganised and unresponsive, our estate agent was far too complacent and inexperienced, and our solicitor seemed to spend more time on holiday/out of office than doing their job!), there was a serious threat of us losing the house that we wanted as the sale was taking far too long.
It was Josh who helped keep the whole thing together and was the only reason we managed to get this house that we love. He kept in good communication throughout, was always friendly and pleasant to talk to and honestly put everyone else to shame.
We've only just moved here and it'll be a long while till we look to move, but when we do, it's almost a given that we'll be using Bradleys!

We approached a couple of estate agents in Taunton when looking to sell a residential property. But I was really impressed with Ben from the first phone call and it was an easy decision to go with him. Ben was genuinely interested in us, he was friendly, helpful, and provided a full explanation of what services his business could provide and what he recommended.
We discussed our needs at length and I felt very confident that Ben could provide what we required. Communication at all times was excellent and timely. I felt that we were dealt with sensitively and with understanding particularly given we were selling my mother in laws home during a very difficult time. For the last two years I have had on and off dealings with Bradleys. Beginning with Ben Stevens when he was based in Exeter, (he is now a branch manager in Taunton). Ben listened to me, took the time to work out exactly what I was looking for and did his best to find me the perfect house. It greatly reduced my stress levels being able to talk to someone friendly and knowledgeable who very kindly took the time to answer all my silly questions. He was an absolute star! I've now had an offer accepted and the only people I would trust to put my own house on the market with is Bradleys. I'm now dealing with Robin from the Exeter office who is brilliant, nothing is too much trouble. The whole process was explained very clearly to me and I feel confident going forward. Highly recommend, wouldn't use anyone else :)
