We had boiler issues on New Years Eve. We thought we were going to be left with no heating or hot water for a while. Northwood arranged for an engineer to come out and within 2 hours he was with us. Diagnosed the fault and ordered the part. Part was fitted today. Job done! We’re over the moon with the professionalism and promptness of Northwood. Thanks again.

One word to sum up our experience selling our apartment with Areeba at Northwood....FABULOUS! Always polite and corteous in all correspondence, knowledgeable about the market and clearly knows her stuff. Apartment was under offer within days and sold for the asking price with a very swift, problem free Completion. Highly recommended. Would certainly be our go to if we were buying or selling in the vicinity again, especially as we had been let down with another agent.

Taken 6 months to get the quotes for cutting back my trees and over 6 months to sort the loft hatch..: make you believe that the are going to be job but I get just tell lies!

Staff don’t respond to your emails and when they finally do, they lie about properties no longer being available, despite still advertising them online. It takes 30 seconds to respond to an email. Staff would benefit from attending a customer service/engagement course.

As a landlord, I have been part of the Guaranteed Rental with Northwood Worcester for more than 10 years.
Since Eloise and the team took the lead we have received an exceptional experience with them. They are friendly and definitely approachable with excellent communication on my property, with detailed reports on the house inspections, and feed back. Any issues are dealt with promptly by them and also if any are highlighted to me by the tenants.

Avoid this place, rented with them for a year and had cold showers for most of my tenancy and it was not resolved despite multiple emails and calls. Worst renting experience of my life and I’ve rented with 5-6 agencies.
