After two years + of other local estate agents failing to get a single offer, within a month of RA Bennett taking the flat on they had a great offer from a cash buyer. The process was a bit complicated and took longer than hoped, but that wasn't due to RA Bennett and throughout the process they stayed in really regular communication, always calling me back when they said they would, and really helping to push the sale through. Had an absolutely wonderful experience finding a flat, viewing it and moving in, all with the help of lovely Oliver. My partner and I have had multiple agencies let us down due to the lack of communication, consideration and dismissive behaviours. However this all
changed when we can across RA Bennett! Oliver provided us with quick responses and genuinely felt like he wanted us to get the flat, he wanted us to reach our goals, and was patient and attentive throughout (these are attributes lacked by other agencies one again). My partner and I have genuinely been shocked by the amount of professionalism and care and consideration offered by RA Bennett, and of course Oliver.
We have now been living happily for 2 months without a problem, and knowing I can messaging Oliver regarding any further questions (and gain an answer promptly) eases my anxiety! If i were to recommend any agency in Worcester, it would only be to RA Bennett!

Looking for a bigger home for my family to accommodate us had been tough and problematic for quite sometime until I came across one that was being advertised for on zoopla by RA Bennett. I requested for a viewing and provided the details needed. On the day of viewing I came across a gentleman called Ethan. He assisted us throughout the viewing and we loved what we had seen and told him that we would like to apply for the house for rental. He gave us the forms to complete and we did complete them and submitted. Ethan has been of great help. He would call, email and communicated with us at each and every stage. He would update us which made us aware of what we were doing and what was needed at time. He has been really accommodating, patience and his customer service it was EXCEPTIONAL. Thank you to Shelly as well who would call us when Ethan was not in the office. Thank you to the whole great team at RA Bennett for making the whole process easy and calming and accommodating us. Lotti Milner has been first class, relentless in her efforts and keeping me constantly inform of progress, no matter if things have gone as expected, or something has caused a bump in the road, she has never shirked her responsibility, tried to hide or sugar coat the truth, exactly what you want in an agent. Trying to find somewhere to rent for the first time was a lot harder than expected, especially being a young couple with a dog. Contacted R A Bennet and was amazed by the customer service that was provided. Within a month we had found the perfect home and everything went much more smoothly than expected. We dealt with a young women named Lotti who was absolutely amazing and an absolute credit to the company, she was extremely friendly and professional and took a lot of stress away from us. When it came time to collect the keys, a gentleman named Ethan helped us finalise any small details and paperwork and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. From someone who has spoke with many estate agents, this is by far the best company around and would 100% recommend if you are looking for somewhere.

Property came up, we were so interested as it was what we were looking for in the area where we want to buy in regards of schools, I called straight away, 8 times for two days at different times of the day and nobody answered to book a viewing! Now it says it is sold, not even giving us chance to view and make an offer! We are not in the chain and are proceedable buyers, but they haven’t answered phone calls for 2 days! wondering if the property was sold to somebody they know, not even giving us an opportunity for viewing :-/ will be avoiding your firm from now on

Writing a 5 star review for a company who I didn't end up even renting with should hopefully indicate how I felt the service was?! I dealt with Lottie and cannot recommend her enough, friendly, extremely helpful and really took on board exactly what I was looking for. The rental market is crazy at the moment but she gave weekly check in calls to see how my search was going and to give me the heads up on properties that may be available soon too. As it was, I managed to secure a property with another agent (right time, right place kind of luck) but would not hesitate to call R A Bennett in future. Fantastic customer service.

I recently found myself quite unexpectedly in need of a new home to rent and as a retiree who has managed my finances to be the most tax efficient my situation is complex. Where many people would have simply said it was to difficult she understood the difficulty and with knowledge, skill, patience and professionalism negotiated with the Landlord and the credit agency to make a deal enabling me to secure a new home. Through a long working life I can honestly say she stand head and shoulders above almost everyone I have worked with or employed, she has been calm and confident and kept me fully in informed all the way and with great skill produced the perfect outcome. We first came to deal with RA Bennett when there was a property on the market that we fell in love with, sadly our offer got declined and we were left searching again in the extremely busy market - thinking we would never find anything like the original again! A few weeks later, Eve called me to say that they had a property coming on the market that was similar to the previous, there wasn’t any photos so I was dubious as to whether we would even like it, my partner and I went to view, where Sophie showed us around and we fell in love. We immediately put in an offer and thankfully it got accepted! Awful service, took 7 weeks to return my deposit, do not answer phone, do not return calls when you leave a message, only reply to e-mails sporadically. Allow viewings and landlord into property to carry out maintenace before the check out report has been carried out.The poor service is blamed on Covid but after reading other reviews the same problem has been going on for over 2 years! Totally unprofessional and need a complete overhaul of end of tenancy procedures.

I rang and left 3 voicemails for a call back and no one returned my call to book a viewing. I then got an answer on the 4th. They did say there were people viewing the property a few days prior to my viewing so they would ring to let me know if my appointment was going to be cancelled. I also replied to the booking text that they sent me asking if it was cancelled. I arranged my Saturday around the booking. I rang an hour prior to the viewing and they have cancelled it without telling me. Appalling service. Waste of space.

Dean works as a mortgage advisor within R. A.Bennett. Dean was my mortgage advisor when I first bought my property in 2016. Dean contacted me when it was time to re-mortgage in 2018 with plenty of time to put everything into place. I can honestly say that this is someone that will go above and beyond to ensure that everything runs as smoothly as possible. While providing a mortgage that fits my requirements and lifestyle, Dean made sure that there was the least amount of work and stress placed on my shoulders throughout the process - I cannot thank him enough for this and would recommend to those looking for an advisor. We visited RABennet to see Dean Russell, mortgage consultant for countrywide. He initially stayed late to see us as due to work commitments we were unable to get there during normal office hours.
Dean remained just as dedicated, friendly, reliable and professional throughout the 10 months that we dealt with him. It was a complicated sale and the purchase wasn't much easier, but Dean was on hand throughout supporting and fighting our corner for us. He gave sound advice and went above and beyond what he needed to do. We couldn't have asked anything more of him as he delivered every step of the way.
We recommend Dean to anyone looking for a mortgage and look forward to seeing him again in 2 years to remortgage.
