They just post a property for rent. Call them from 1st minutes of the advertisement. They just have excuses keys still not available website down, call after 12 and so many., soooo unprofessional behaviour , if you do not have that property why you posted and waste other people time........ I don’t normally leave reviews, but in this case I felt the need to do so, because finding great estate agents in London is such an incredibly difficult (and important!) thing to do. The staff are always super professional but at the same time friendly, attentive, focus on the tenants needs and above all – TRUSTWORTHY! This to me is the fundamental difference between other big estate agents and OAK.
