I whole heartedly recommend Oakey Estates! Ben is professional, hard working and compassionate. I was purchasing a property Oakey Estates were selling and he worked tirelessly to communicate with Estate Agents and Solicitors as well as with me and the seller. Ben was 10000% what I wanted from an estate agent! He went above and beyond, and did the work for the other clients estate agents too most of the time!! Regular updates, always answering an email or phone call … literally the most important thing when you are selling or buying! Communication!! no one wants to be left on the dark! Realistic estimates, honest time scales and very quick to organise viewing and re viewings if needed! You never felt like you were wasting his time with any questions or queries. Good advice in other areas of selling , solicitors and the whole chain.

Excellent service from Ben, who communicated with us really well and even chased other party’s rather slow solicitor. If you use Ben you will get a professional, honest and customer focussed estate agent - an exception to the ‘norm’. In my opinion swerve the high street lot, and use Ben at oakey estates instead.

We had the best experience as first time buyers with Ben as our Estate agent. I know you hear horror stories of agents who have no time for you and try to sell you short but we had nothing of the sort during our whole process of buying a house using Oakey Estates. Ben was at the end of the phone for every silly question, update and advice on everything during all stages. We really felt like he was on our side and helped make the whole process really straight forward and put our minds at ease. I would highly recommend Ben from a buyers perspective as he made the most time for us. Even making last minute viewings for my family who live far away at short notice.
