I had a viewing for a flat in Park Royal NW10 7GD with this company today at 3:00pm
I confirmed the viewing but when I arrived no agent was there I called and called and called no answer
And no one called me to cancel the viewing or apologise
This is disrespectful and waste of peoples time ??????????

Bad experience
I called to enquiry about a property but
when I mentioned universal credit with no hesitation one of your colleagues say I don’t think so landlord takes universal credit.
The answer is yes or no, not “I don't think” without verification.
It looks like you discriminate against people who take benefits and disabled people.

Luca and his team worked very hard to make sure they provided a great service overall. All my questions were answered, they made sure the contract suited me and the room I leased is a stunning place to live! Luca and his team communicated quickly and efficiently, reassuring me throughout the whole process of applying for a rental. The team went above and beyond, contacting me on weekends to answer questions etc, and waiting for me when I got a taxi to the place. Thank you for your service!

We received good and attentive service by Luca and his team. The flat provided was clean and in a good location and condition.
Their referencing process is not too onerous even if your salary is quite modest (unlike most estate agents in London).

Please be careful when you work with this agency. When you want rent a property with them they are all professional and supportive respond quickly but when the time comes to get you deposit they take weeks and weeks to respond to your emails. it has been a month after I moved out from the property I rented through them and still I am waiting for my deposit (although the new tenant moved about three days after I moved out). I called and talked to Debbie today and she didn't let me finish my conversation and cut the line while I was talking. I am planning to formally complain about them if they don't pay my deposit by the end of today. I am so disappointed that I went to this agency. in my opinion you should either avoid them or put a line in your contract to avoid this delay in your deposit payment.

We have rented first time with this agency. As we have had previous experience renting with other agencies, I would say this is the best letting agency. ???? Absolute shambles of an estate agents. Unprofessional from the start, dealing with them has to be one of the biggest regrets of my life. Their sins vary from members of staff not having a clue what is going on, to others threatening and blatantly lying. One member of staff in particular lied to us about whether we could get Sky TV installed at a property and then told us to install it anyway against the wishes of the property management. The same member of staff, when we were moving out several months later, threatened that he would arrange viewings at inconvenient times without our permission in the middle of the pandemic while we were working from home. They also made ludicrous claims against our deposit on moving out, including accusing us of breaking a hoover which was never used and attempting to charge us for the removal of furniture which belonged to the landlord. Would rather deal with a bunch of cockroaches than this gaggle of charlatans.

Really poor experience - unprofessional from beginning to end. Wish I read reviews before engaging. Would recommend anyone who uses this company to be there when the check in report is compiled and to demand a signed copy for your records. Do not expect your deposit to be returned promptly, we waited four months. Communication is appalling.

I've been their tennant in Oaktree House for one year. Very reliable agency, very good and quick maintenance service, very friendly letting agents. The whole process of check in and then check out was smooth and easy, Luca is probably the best agent I ever met. Many thanks to Jen and Debbie also. If you are looking for renting in West area I suggest to contact them!

Shocking estate agents, they forgot to give us keys and sign contracts - we had to remind them. Extremely unprofessional, the flat we moved into was covered with mould, windows wouldn't shut, no heating and electrics would trip once a day. They are impolite and won't return emails or calls. They don't have any interest in the tenants and will try to charge a extra fee (illegal to charge extra to tenants since tenant fee ban) which we said we didn't want three times, they still charged. Negligent, rude and disrespectful.

I was very impressed with the professionalism of the staff at Oaktree who assisted with our move to Ealing.
Service was amazing and everything flowed smoothly.
Jennifer has been our contact and I must say that she was very supportive and always ready to answer any questions that we threw at her.
We also had a few dealings with Luca and George and they were always pleasant and helpful.
As long as you're planning to be realistic in your requests and expectations, I highly recommend Oaktree!!

I like to admire the perfect service which I had during renting through "Oaktree West ".I can difinitely say that the level of service was much higher than the other Estate agencies. I had a great choice of flats to choose from,friendship service,affordable price for the service and quck response.They are exceptional! Very happy with this agency. Living in London can be tricky , but the employees of Oaktree Agency are very professional and responsive , especially Jeniffer , George and Luca. I lived in their property for 1 year, and every time I had a problem with the flat, they were there to assist. I highly recommend.

wonderful wonderful wonderful, the best service ever! No other way to describe how professional Jennifer And Luca are. I have been really impressed of them, the are very efficient . We went through a lot of agencies while searching for a house, and none compared with Oak Tree. Jennifer and the entire staff was very friendly and helpful, always sent videos of potential properties, so there was limited to no wasted time, and once we found the right place to rent, they guided us through every step. Highly recommend!

MAJOR Improvement needed on communication and consideration for peoples time. Travelled 2+ Hours and spent money to get to London to view an apartment only to get there and find no agent. Called to find that the viewing was cancelled as they said we would not be accepted by the landlord. Only to be told upon complaint to the manager that the current tenant actually decided not to move after all.
Understandably, if they found out the morning of it would be hard to relay this before travel had begun. However, when the phone call was made we were already on the underground (no service) but still no voicemail was left and no further phone calls were attempted. Once we called, (35 minutes later, and at the address) why not simply explain the correct reason which would have been more respected than being told it was basically because of us. Especially because if it were due to our circumstances we surely should have been told in the upcoming 3 days before the viewing. A little more effort between agents to find out this information beforehand would have been appreciated.
As a first time renter this experience was EXTREMELY upsetting and a waste of time and hard earned money. Very Disappointed.

Jennifer called us all the time to update information, sent very well done videos showing the flat and explained all the terms and conditions involved in our moving! ( Paris ----> London)

An excellent sales service.
I asked 6 estate agents in Ealing as to what they thought my flat would be worth and why.
Most gave bland answers, Oaktree gave a full 2 page analysis of the market and demonstrated deep and thoughtful understanding of the type of customers who would be interested.
They were awarded the business, as a sole agent, and busied themselves in contacting their customer list and getting them round for a viewing. Within a few days I had an offer, and completion was within 3 months (if only solicitors were quicker). Throughout the sales process Oaktree maintained an information flow, and all parties (including me) were rightly told to 'pull their finger out' when there were blockages.
An excellent, informative and professional service.
As an investor in properties, I can say I have met none better.

They are very unprofessional, they will annoying your accommodating, all they care to make a profit and save money for the landlord, they are not fair when giving you back the deposit, they have viewing my flat for new tenants and we were working and when we came back we found out they locked the door and we they didn't give use this key so we had to call them for 3 hours no one answer and at the morning no one told me who did viewing and no even sorry.

I give my props to Jennifer at Oaktree Estate Agents...
She's very friendly and professional. I never felt like anyone was trying to pull a fast one on me. She showed up on time, called me back, tracked me down when he needed things, and even met me on a Sunday to deliver me the keys on "opening day." Now, that's above and beyond and I thank her greatly for it.
She dealt with my OCD efficiency, answered a lot of questions from a first time London renter....and overall was just so nice to work with. I highly recommend her.
Dont even listen to the guy below. I mean how much can you as a grown man cry about curtains??

Having spent 3 days installing double glazed windows (done very well), Oaktree (and/or its contractors) has taken 2 weeks to put up blinds/curtains. That's not the issue. They put up "temporary" sheets - hideous as they looked, at least they gave me some basic privacy. Or so I hoped. The sheets came down, not once, not twice - no, not even three times. They've dropped 7, that's SEVEN times. Here's the interesting part - they've dropped 7 times, because of the same reason! And yet the contractor tries solving the issue by doing the same thing over and over again.
Thanks to their failure of even the most basic courtesy and professionalism, I've had to sleep whilst being on display to the public - since my room is an ex-living room, on the ground floor - TWICE. Oaktree's response to this - "the landlady is trying her best". Yes, it does take a lot of effort to put sheets up on a window. I hear they're planning on introducing degrees and Masters courses on putting up temporary sheets on windows.
In summary, given their approach to problems, communication, and relationships, I can certainly say that their word means nothing to me, I cannot trust them, nor recommend/suggest that they're trustworthy. I see them as an example of how not to deal with tenants / clients. I wish you the very best of luck should you have to have the unfortunate experience of dealing with them.
