22nd Jul 2023 (2 years ago)They are terrible! I have reported them to the Property Ombudsman due to their bullish, oppressive and unlawful approach to me. Their communications is poor and have very poor management and people skills. Their complaints procedure is inadequate, poorly implemented as led by the person I complained about. No response to a Solicitors letter either.

21st Oct 2025 (8 mo. ago)This estate agent is a joke when it comes to marketing properties and getting tenants for landlords. I made the terrible mistake of being lured in by Japan Services’ low fees vs. the high street nationwide companies. First they took almost a week to implement small changes to the contract, the flat photos for the ad were taken ON A PHONE BY AN AGENT are were just as disastrous as you’d expect: badly lit, terrible angles, not cropped. So the ad was a disaster. For all these reasons they failed to get a SINGLE VIEWING in 3 weeks. Let alone an offer. And didn’t even get in touch to discuss a price drop. In general, their communication was abysmal. After giving Japan Services ample time I hired a high street agent who had dozen of viewings within the first 48 hours and three offers in less than a week. I 100% regret ever working with this estate agent and they proved correct every negative stereotype of incompetency in this industry. If I’d just gone with a more expensive high street agent I’d have made back the price difference due to my flat not sitting empty for weeks. Do not repeat my mistake. I dread to think what they’d be like actually managing a property…

His communication was flawless and he was consistently calm, helpful, and professional. He really went above and beyond to support us throughout the process - and made what could have been a painful process much more bearable! Thank you Ray - you're a gem.
23rd Jun 2026 (12 days ago)I booked a viewing, but I never received the details and couldn’t reach the agent on the day. I was completely stood up. Fortunately, a nearby GIBBS office helped me view the property. 2nd Jul 2026 (3 days ago)This is the second time I have used Go View London. Seven years ago I bought through them and they were brilliant. This time I sold through them and they were equally as fantastic. Their sales team are engaging, responsive, well-informed and courteous. Their focused marketing of my property paid off and buyers were found quickly and with only three viewings. Progression of sale is handled by the wonderful Helyn. She has a tricky job negotiating with buyers, sellers, solicitors and estate agents (the one I bought my new home through was not such a happy story). Helyn is calm, diplomatic, quick to respond and always cheerful! There is a new Sales Manager heading up the Ealing office, Ross Cameron. He leads a great team, professional and friendly. I hope I won't be moving again for some time but if I have to, there will be no hesitation in my choice. Thank you, Go View London!

18th Dec 2025 (6 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.

Sam, Ashley and Ranj have been really kind and supportive and have been available to help at every step of the way. They have understood the brief, responded promptly and been very patient. Definitely nice people to do business with. I would highly recommend them if you are searching for a property to either buy or rent.

He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.
