8th Oct 2026 (19 days ago)I instructed Sinton Andrews Northfield Office to sell my house in Balfour Road.Rob and Cathryn did an incredible job and in less than 1 week had obtained 6 viewings and 3 offers 2 of which were at asking price.The buyers had no chain and were ready to proceed straightaway.I was kept fully up to date as the sale went through and could not fault their professionalism at every stage.They even recommended a builder to replace the kitchen ceiling which was in disrepair who acted quickly and did a very good job.<br>I would have no hesitation in recommending Sinton Andrews indeed I have already instructed them to sell another house in Hanwell.

26th Sep 2026 (4 weeks ago)I rented through Japan Services for six years. They were easy to reach and responsive throughout the tenancy, and repairs were dealt with quickly. Rent increases were in line with the market. They were also flexible when my plans changed during the move-out process and were willing to accommodate me.<br><br>The return of deposit has let to a minor dispute where I felt Japan Services is siding too much with the landlord’s interests. With no damage beyond normal wear and tear after six years, the cost of upkeep should fall on the landlord, not the tenant's deposit. We negotiated it over email and reached an agreement without the need for a DPS dispute.
13th Oct 2026 (14 days ago)We have used Russell Collins since the 1990s - we have bought and sold homes with them, as well as used them to manage a rental flat for us for over 25 years.<br><br>Ray, Dean, Peter, and their teams have always been incredibly helpful and friendly. They are very knowledgeable with the local market, as well as with all upcoming legislation, and were proactive to ensure that we had the best advice in order that we were compliant. If a problem would arise with the flat, everything would be taken care of asap - their excellent service and communication made for happy satisfied tenants for us, the latest of whom stayed with us over 12 years.<br><br>We can’t thank Russell Collins enough for all their great service and support to us over the years. We wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for any property needs in the Ealing area, they are the best!

She always checks with me before taking any action and keeps me fully informed throughout the process, which I really appreciate.<br><br>She is extremely kind, professional, attentive, and genuinely excellent at what she does. Talking to Claire is honestly a breath of fresh air — communication with her is always clear, reassuring, and effortless.<br><br>She handles everything with great care and professionalism, and I always feel that the property is in very capable hands. She is incredibly reliable, thoughtful, and consistently does her job to an exceptionally high standard.<br><br>I couldn't recommend Claire highly enough.
18th Dec 2025 (10 mo. ago)I previously had my flat on the market with Foxtons for three months and, during that time, only had around four viewings, which I was extremely unsatisfied with. I was then approached by HomeSearch, who took on the property and immediately provided honest and realistic feedback. They felt the flat was overpriced and carried out a proper assessment based on the current market. I was happy with the revised price they suggested. From that point on, the difference was clear. They generated a strong level of interest and arranged many more viewings. Arba and Michael were friendly, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about what they do. Their communication and professionalism stood out throughout the process. After a couple of months with HomeSearch, my property has now received an offer which Ive accepted. I would definitely recommend HomeSearch to anyone looking to sell their property.
4th Sep 2026 (8 weeks ago)I found Raul and Emily at rentals very helpful and friendly. Raul helpfully suggested to show the place to a friend of ours in London for us, since it was difficult for us to travel from Scotland to London then. Raul also helped to get our questions answered by the landlord. I found communication channels a little difficult though, since no mobile numbers were shared with us, even when we asked, and on one occasion I couldn't leave an urgent message even by calling their office. Other than that no other problems and I would certainly recommend using Sargeants to find rentals in London.
3rd Oct 2026 (24 days ago)We really wanted to buy a house in the Brentham Garden suburb after being introduced to it by friends. Matt really listened to our requirements and introduced us to an off market property which he felt met our needs. We ended up being part of a chain which grew during our sale and purchase. Matt did a superb job keeping the chain together and we were finally able to complete. We love our new house and living in Brentham is as good as we hoped. We couldn’t have got there without Matt and can’t rate Brendon’s highly enough. We saw from our chain some awful agents. Brendon’s were only ever professional, friendly and fair, with great communication throughout which in this cuthroat market is what you want.

30th Jun 2026 (17 weeks ago)company gained entry to building to stuff mailboxes with flyers begging for property to rent. There was no external indication of what it was, just "For the attention of the legal owner", so it looks important enough to open, not just spam. Highly unethical behaviour and I would not trust this company, or Sarah Black, the manager signing these letters.<br><br>edit: 1 year on just received another identical unsolicited letter. Still begging for the same type of property for the same couple with the same jobs from the same Sarah Black with the same manufactured urgency. He was available at all times and had even created a WhatsApp group to help us navigate an already stressful transaction amidst a pandemic. He was very prompt in answering any correspondence and tried his best to ensure everything ran smoothly. As first time buyers, we couldn’t be more happy. We highly recommend them if you are in the market for finding a home.

She was super friendly and helpful from our first meeting and from the way she interacted with the previous tenants I could tell we were in good hands. I honestly couldn't be happier with the whole experience and would recommend Alexanders to anyone looking for a new home. 10/10
