Rented a house with this agent, wouldn’t bother again 1. House was filthy when we moved in, even had old food items in the kitchen cupboards. Agent wasn’t bothered when we complained on move in day, just joked that it was “single man standard of cleanliness” 2. Was told by the agent that the landlord would cut the grass and overgrown hedges before we moved in ....... he didn’t! 3. Leak in shower which landlord was aware of and told previous tenants to just paint over the water marks in the living room ceiling! 4. Agents had been made aware of issues with neighbours at property (including police involvement) but didn’t even tell us (although agents were friends of the family and knew we had a young baby) so god knows how they treat other customers 5. They charge for references, other agents in the area don’t. Overall poor service And most 5 star reviews on their google are either from owner, friends/family of owner and employees of the company so that says it all!... Read more

I rented a house from olive grove estate agents in wrexham when I was in university in Wrexham.They where not very professional and had poor levels of Communication skills .Also They Where very expensive and had lots of expensive fee charges also if there was a problem with my rented accommodation it would take a long time for them to rectify therefore I would never rent from olive grove estate agents again. I wouldn't recommend Using olive grove And if I could leave a zero i would they where terrible to deal with.????????????????????
