Overall they were very knowledgable and professional and had a good understanding of the local market. I would use them again. Having said that, I had a few issues with them. They were very poor in giving me feedback from prospective buyers, eg, were they in a position to buy or just window shopping. On one occasion they,or one of the prospective buyers, used the toilet and as the water to the property was turned off at the street the toilet couldn't be fushed which meant faeceas was left in the toilet. On another occasion the rear pedestrian entrance to the garage was left open. One of their staff left my house keys in his car while he went on holiday. They had to collect the spare keys from me....
