What a fantastic company!!! Property management that really cares about the landlord and tenant experience. Any issues are dealt with immediately and communicated straight away which is really important to me as a landlord. So happy to have found a manager that shares my principles and cares about the tenant experience. I had put off writing this review due to a terrible experience with previous property manager (Haart) who did not care at all for the tenant or landlord ignoring maintenance issues and failing to communicate or respond to either tenants or landlord communication efforts. For this reason I wanted a good amount of time to pass whilst working with One Sales and Lettings to ensure my review of their services was accurate. I have been working with One sales and Lettings now for 15 months but had been in communication for around two years and am very happy to give a 5 start review. Excellent company and service that take great pride in what they do, something missing from many companies these days. Thank you to Amy and your team, I look forward to many years working together. Highly recommend to tenants and landlords alike.

We’ve just completed on a house listed by One leggings & Sales and all I can say is I wish I’d used them for the sale of my house! Amy is nothing short of outstanding, she truly cares, is super on the ball and nothing is too much of an ask. I would recommend her to friends & family looking to rent/sell their properties and we wouldn’t think twice of using if we ever sell.

I am really happy to have been one of the lucky one who was given opportunity to rent from housing associate. Heather has been a professional and has done so well that I have no option than to put up this review.I must be sincere with you, the process was transparent, The staff who attended to me (Heather) was very kind and patience and polite. She has a golden heart and can go extra mile to help. She facilitated the whole process very fast and rendered help where necessary. I will say that housing associate has done well though am still new to the property, I hope to still see them doing well in the future. Am also waiting for the maintenance team to get my heaters working as it's freezing this period. Am looking forward to seeing them come to repair the heaters.

I wouldn't recommend moving to derby the most rundown town ive ever visited, arrogant people, virtually nothing to do nightlife is dead just like the condition of the houses and streets if you're not wanting to achieve anything in life then its the place for you !!

Amy is a professional, fair & friendly estate agent. She is a throwback to a person who puts principles first. It’s refreshing to experience an agent that treats tenants and landlords equally & fairly. There were some issues in the property I was renting where the landlord had been dishonest from the start about an issue in the property which impacted my health negatively. Amy worked hard to resolve the issue(s) in question. She made a concerted effort to liaise between myself & the landlord to create a positive outcome. She didn’t side with the landlord as most estate agents probably would have done in this instance. In a capitalist world where money is more often than not put ahead over values & principles I was impressed to experience liaising with a lady who displayed integrity in her words & actions. I am grateful for the short interaction with Amy & wish her every success for the future.

Having used many managing agents for my properties as a property investor and developer nationwide, I decided for using a relatively newly formed company with a team of experienced vetted individuals within the property sector.
After providing the initial one and two properties, One Lettings now manage block apartments and streets with consecutive properties for me.
I no longer ask "advise" or "thoughta" and just let One Lettings "get on with it," which from an individual whose property is not a sideline but a livelihood takes a lot!
To give this company true justification, don't take this review for it, however ring them up and ask for Jay and direct any queries to me!

Following her speedy and successful letting of one of our local properties at a surprisingly good rent we asked Amy at One Lettings to seek new tenants for four flats we recently acquired. Once again she found excellent tenants without delay two of whom have paid the first six months rent in advance, completing all the paperwork etc with the utmost professionalism. As a result we have appointed One Lettings to manage our entire portfolio and are once again delighted with the professionalism, efficiency and competence Amy has shown at all times.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend her services to any potential landlords or tenants seeking a truly personal service so lacking with the majority of today's agents.

My wife and I are so impressed with Amy. She is very professional yet personal and friendly which is a great balance of qualities. Over the years we have dealt with many agents; good and bad. We don't say this lightly but Amy has to be one of the best. Cannot fault her in any way -she keeps her word and is reliable.
