Had arranged viewing today, one week in advance. Drove 1 and a half hour all the way from to Lincoln to Derby, only to be told that landlord forgot about the viewing and is away with the keys so property is locked. Ridiculous service. It is not often that efficient use of tech is combined with a friendly and personable service but One Sales and Lettings achieved this excellently! I received an extremely professional, efficient and effective service.
