We have just moved into our lovely new home sold to us by Osborne Heath. They have been amazing since I walked into their office 11 months ago. Elle Harcup called me pretty much every fortnight, some properties were definitely not right but it just felt like she was assimilating what we were really looking for. They came up trumps in September and have made our buying process as good as it could be. Jonathan and Mia were also professional and collaborative, but Elle has been a shining star. Such a warm and personable young woman , it felt like she was building a relationship with us and the seller. I would highly recommend this company to anyone buying or selling a property.

Recently purchased a property through Osborne Heath. Elle Harcup was the sales manager who showed us round and progressed the initial negotiations. We found her to be knowledgeable, friendly and skilful in balancing the needs of both us as purchasers and the vendors. Very focussed on keeping us up to date with progress; she came across as very hard working - it wasn't unusual to get an update from her well after normal office hours.

I have let my house through Osborne Heath in Sunninhill. Previously the house was let via Knight Frank and the difference in service and care I received from Osborne Heat staff is quite significant. This is not as easy house to let due to very difficult neighbour with excessive ego with whom I share the drive but Osbourn Heath staff was always very diplomatic , patient, cooperative and really worked hard to overcome the obstacles. All staff in Osborne Heath was friendly, helpful and efficient but Sophie Yeates in particular had thepatience and presistence of Florence Nightingale to navigate and nurse this difficult situation to success. As a result I am happy, the tenants are happy and on top of that Osborne Heath pay the rent money to me immediately. Which is much more than I can say about the previous letting agent.

Very impressed with how super-efficient the lettings team was in handling a very fast turn around. With just a few days notice, they arranged all the things that the property needed to get our new tenants in quickly and smoothly - gas safety, cleaning, inventory etc, and all with great communications.

Now seems unprofessional at times and team seems a bit inexperienced so i decided to terminate my contract - which they seemed happy to do so. I'm giving one star as I was happy with the service when the previous sales manager was in charge.

Wow..... What a wonderful bunch of people..... Buying and selling can be a traumatising experience and I had my fair share of melt downs. Greg was always there to defuse, calm me down and take the lead when I leant on him for support. As a buyer, I found Osborne Heath exceptionally professional and engaged. From the day I walked in off the street they were proactive, showing me a couple of properties straight away and sending me regular emails with appropriate listings. When I decided to go ahead with a purchase after several months they had already taken the time to know me well enough to treat my interest as credible, and the process took eight weeks from first viewing to completion. I contacted Osborne Heath to initially view a property they had listed. I was very impressed with the communication and indeed the preparation put into my initial viewing.
My house was sold and I offered on the house I’d seen with Osborne Heath and it was accepted.
Unfortunately, as do often happens, my buyers pulled out and I was not getting many viewings on my house with my big brand corporate agents (based in Maidenhead ) and thought I would lose the house I wanted to buy in Windsor .
Greg at Osborne Heath was very supportive and I decided to let them joint promote my property to try and get a buyer . They were so much more efficient than my other agent. This was noticeable right away. They listened and understood my needs and preferences around communication and worked as a strong team so that everyone in the office always knew what was going on . Promotional materials were produced so much more quickly than initially by my other agent and I had regular updates. They had people viewing my house straight away and found someone who wanted to buy it very quickly . They were also able to sell my prospective buyers house and Greg and his team managed the whole chain to completion. I had regular communication and always felt looked after.
Ultimately, I have sold and bought a new house in a challenging market and Osborne Heath made this happen, when other agents failed . The process was made positive and stress free and I felt like a valued customer through out.
I could not recommend Greg and his Team, particularly Holly and Rikki, highly enough . As a customer , whether it be a buyer or seller, you are given personal service by highly trained, experienced and committed people who like what they do and are very good at it! They are also very competitively priced and extremely good value for money. Don’t use anyone else.

Outstanding. We bought our house through Osbourne Heath and I can honestly say that our experience of working with the team has been first class.
We were in the market to buy for 18 months, and interacted with many estate agents, but Rikki built a strong personal relationship with our family and really understood what we were looking for. She only presented us with properties that met our needs, which saved much time and built genuine trust. We did give Rikki a tough set of asks - to find a 4 bed detached house with a south facing garden in Windsor in a slow market, but Rikki did it for us.
When we identified the house we wanted, it was not always smooth sailing, but Rikki managed the whole process so smoothly and professionally, which gave us a lot of confidence.

My wife and I had an excellent experience with Holly Knowles of Osborne Heath Windsor. She was very professional, communicative, knowledgeable and very nice to deal with during our property viewing. We've have met a few other estate agents but Holly is the best. I would say that she is very passionate in what she does and very much fit to the role. Highly recommended!
