Manesh was very friendly, knowledgable and responsive. He was willing to market the property a bit higher than a few of the national companies and although we had to lower the price slightly, it still sold for more than others would have marketed it at. Some of the communication with his junior team members was a bit less impressive, but ultimately he got the job done and we are very happy with the service he provided. For an Arnos Grove property, I can certainly recommend Manesh.... Read more

1. Their selling agents are good in behaviour. 2. Their maintenance team is horrible mainly their maintenance coordinator. 3. Bad and awful behavior of their maintenance coordinator 4. They will ignore your call if you raise an issue 5. Unfair deposit deduction without proper justification and proof. 6. Threatening that deposit won't be returned if I don't obey their commands. I don't recommend them at all.... Read more
