I have recently bought a house from<br>Paisley’s Huddersfield and the service was terrible. Sadly after living in the house for just 7 weeks some of the issues are so serious I’ve been advised to take legal action. I would certainly not recommend buying or selling a house from this branch. Very sad and stressful experience

My partner recently sold his house with Paisley Properties Almondbury branch. We dealt with mostly Andrew and James and I can honestly say their service was outstanding. There were several issues that arose during the course of the sale which delayed it significantly, but these were completely out of our control and were not Paisleys fault either. They went above and beyond in trying to help us to rectify these issues and finally secure the sale and were just a email or a phone call away if we needed anything. They are friendly, knowledgable, professional, fees are very reasonable, they provided a personalised service and they made what was a very stressful situation much more manageable. I would highly recommend them to anybody wanting to buy or sell a house, you will not be disappointed.

Would never EVER use again. Absolute con artist, one piece of advice if you rent a property do not bother leaving the house in an immaculate condition when leaving as they will still try take your Bond. Quick to ask for money but don't want to solve problems. POOR POOR POOR SERVICE!!

Liz Gill was highly recommend to help me with my mortgage by a friend who also had an excellent experience and outcome with her. This lady will work day and night to help you get what you want. She is very experienced in her job. She always responded to my emails and went above and beyond to get the outcome I wanted. We used Paisley in 2019 both to tenant find for one of our properties and to sell the other. Their service was excellent throughout - friendly, helpful, efficient and professional. The sale proved to be a long and often frustrating process, but was eventually resolved with the very supportive service from Paisley at the Almondbury office. A very good tenant was found for the other property, but she left recently so we used Paisley again to find a new tenant. As before the service was exemplary, particularly by Angie, with a very thorough inventory organised by Jason, and new tenants were soon found. The move in process was also very efficient and helpful to both us and the new tenants. Once again I can recommend Paisley unreservedly.

Unfortunately giving this a one star review, after been a good tenant for many years - unfortunately the lettings agency fail to do their part when it comes to maintenance of the property, keeping you up to date and generally just providing a good experience. Shame really, because its as if the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing. Will not use again in the future. Professional service from a team that excel. Our previous house was purchased in 2015 from a seller that used Paisley and I found Beth and the team to be polite, friendly, knowledgeable and ultimately very professional and approachable.
We decided to sell in 2017 and used Paisley but took the house off the market quickly (a purchase fell thru).
We re-listed in 2018 and when it came to the financials, we were very pleased a small %age of the fee was waived as we’d paid in 2017. I’m not sure if this is a thing, or if Paisley are this good all the time! The house we were then planning to buy fell thru but another property quickly became available (listed with another agency). Beth, Caitlin and the team must know and have direct experience of every possible house moving scenario as no question was too inconsequential and no query too mundane.
We were and are delighted to have used such a fantastic Estate Agent. They now have multiple offices across Huddersfield and the wider area. You don’t expand unless your business acumen and strategy is working. I have no doubt Paisley will continue to grow. I have no doubt Paisley Properties should always be on your list of three agencies to compare. Don’t just take my word for it ... give them a call. You have everything to gain from this 5 star team.

Me and my partner went to go view a property, was told it’s been empty for 6 months and desperately needs to be let out. Said to us that it’s pretty much available straight away, told us to apply. Beth said she would go and deal with our applications immediately and ask the vendor about pets and bond. She said she would call us on that day. I asked if the property was going to be sold as we did not want to move in and then be told it’s being sold. She advised us no it was not, and she will tell the vendor to not sell it as we want a long term tenancy. We said we wanted to take it and she said no problem I will call you today,she said “ please don’t think I forgot about you it’s just I’m busy”. We had no phone call that day. I then rang the office this morning and was told by Liz that she will go and speak to landlord to get an update. She did not get back to us either, so I decided that the company were obviously ignoring my requests for some reason and wrote them an email. A gentleman replied and said the property had an offer put in last week and has been accepted. Even though I asked if we could please go ahead and if it was being sold, she said no we can definitely go ahead. Asked us what our notice period was and we said we want to move in straight away, so she said.i will get the ball rolling. So rather then saying no you can’t have pets or you can’t reduce the bond they ignore you and string you along. So they were pretty much stringing us along. Don’t trust!!! And she was 10 minutes late!! First time using them, deffo worst!
