Paisley's Lettings team couldn't be more helpful. The whole process of applying for a property is straightforward, open and highly professional and far better than I have experienced with other Lettings agents in Huddersfield.
The team where quick to respond when needed, no hidden fees, all information is given up front and they really care about their tennants.
Support during the tenancy when needed has been quick, easy and communication is excellent.

A fantastic experience from start to finish in selling our house via Paisley. As a first time seller you hear horror stories of estate agents - but it’s fair to say Paisley put rest to any of those concerns. Can’t recommend them enough

I have recently bought a house from<br>Paisley’s Huddersfield and the service was terrible. Sadly after living in the house for just 7 weeks some of the issues are so serious I’ve been advised to take legal action. I would certainly not recommend buying or selling a house from this branch. Very sad and stressful experience

Amazing experience - Amber from Paisley Properties Mapplewell was brilliant throughout. We moved to Australia half way through the move and left the formalities of the house sale with Amber. She kept us up to date and chased the solicitors (both ours and the buyers) when required. The service fee was a great value for money (compare to other estate agencies we've experienced lots of issues with) Thank you again for your help guys ??

After having 3 Estate Agent valuations we chose Paisleys as they were located in our area and knew the local market very well.
The online sales brochure was very impressive being produced to a high standard.
We had a good number of viewings straight away, conducted by the agent staff and we were kept informed through emails. Weekly updates were emailed through so we knew what was happening.
Our proprty was sold within 3 weeks and we were very happy the staff did everything for us, liasing with our solicitor and the chain estate agents.
It was a trouble free process.
The fee was very acceptable.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES PAISLEY PROPERTIES - They posted a photo of our vehicle with the registration clearly visible, it appeared on the listing for a neighbouring property. It was published on their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, not visible from the roadside and accessed via a privately owned driveway. The photo featured along with our complete address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing and their response was that they would not communicate with us about this issue.No acknowledgment of their error, no explanation as to how it had occurred and no apology. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and this was the business owner.
