Paisley Properties (Almondbury Office) were the Estate Agents who handled both the sale of our old house and the purchase of our new house. We would like to thank the staff who we dealt with regularly – James, Hazel, Amber-Rose and Andrew for making both processes go smoothly and with a minimum of stress (although there is always some). They were always friendly, professional and knowledgeable whenever we contacted them for help or advice. And when an issue arose with the house we were purchasing they gave us very helpful advice on finding good electricians and a moving/storage company that enabled us to continue the process with the minimum of fuss. Thank you all for making what can be a very stressful event in a persons’ life go as smoothly as possible.

Professional and friendly. Paisley were there to help through each step of selling my Mums house. The whole team were great. We had a few false starts but were always kept in the loop and had good advice where we needed it.(we got there in the end]. Wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

I recently completed a corporate sale purchase through Paisley Almondbury Properties and had a great experience.
The branch manager maintained excellent communication throughout, keeping me updated on valuation and liaising effectively with the seller. As there were multiple parties involved, clear communication was key—and they handled it professionally, ensuring the process ran smoothly and on time.

BE CAREFUL IF YOU OR YOUR NEIGHBOUR USES PAISLEY PROPERTIES - They posted a photo of our vehicle with the registration clearly visible, it appeared on the listing for a neighbouring property. It was published on their website and social media. Our vehicle was parked on our private property, not visible from the roadside and accessed via a privately owned driveway. The photo featured along with our complete address details. We had to ask several times for it to be removed, we complained in writing and their response was that they would not communicate with us about this issue.No acknowledgment of their error, no explanation as to how it had occurred and no apology. Absolutely disgusting and unprofessional and this was the business owner.
