Our interaction with this estate agent has been shocking from start to finish.
We viewed this property and gave the offer of the asking price due to the alleged situation of the vendor only for the owner of the estate agent to ring up trying to squeeze more money out of us.
After out offer was accepted we then started the normal process to proceed with the sale.
We have just gone through the process of employing a level 3 structural surveyor as well as a Structural engineer, The findings had come back with major subsidence to all 4 corners of the property as well major building issues.
The property is at best worth around £250k.
If you are thinking about dealing with these crooks be very very careful.
Feel free to reach out to us for the reports which we happily give out to avoid any one falling foul of these vile people.

PJH has managed our rental property for years and found us a succession of excellent tenants. PJH has looked after us as owners exceptionally well and has always also looked after our tenants - all of whom have enjoyed their time in our rental property.
They have now completed the sale of the property on our behalf and shown themselves to be as professional as an estate agent as they are as a managing agent. Cannot recommend them enough.

Very disappointed at the end of my tenancy as i was tricked into a property that was to be sold in a few months time and was given few months to vacate the property.I left the property barely a month of being served a quit notice and only had part of my holding deposit returned to me stating reasons that were not in the agreement signed.I feel cheated and ripped off.They are not a straight forward agency and never keep to any promises made.I would not recommend to anyone to use this agency.

The staff are polite and helpful. Everything went well till the referencing.
Unfortunately my landlord lied about me and the agency don't accept me. Even refused to let me know what went wrong.
It is not their fault why my referencing failed, but holding back information which is clearly about me is against the UK data protection acts.
Also don't accept any proof and don't show willingness to hear me out about the fact my previous landlord false claims.
If they clear and transparent in that point I give them a 5star even don't getting the property.
In this case however be careful. They are not that amazing as the first impression. And I'm not sure how helpful they are in the future.

Been waiting for Parnell Jordy and Harvey to arrange repair work to be carried out since the 23 February 21, it is now August!!!!! I have call and emailed every week and just get the same response of someone will call you back. To date I have never received a call from them. All I would like is for them to do their job and arrange to have the work carried out. Overall very unhappy and would advise people to stay away.

My wife and I have known PJH for many years and have bought and/or sold around 4-5 homes through their office in Overton. Last year we decided to move and invited 3 agents including PJH to provide a valuation. Martin Fielder at PJH is well-known to us but we still felt we should explore other agents offerings and services. However Martin and his team’s local knowledge and his viewpoint and advice on our property and value won us over. PJH did provide a valuation considerably higher than the other two agents but their advice was that with our unique property, and in a prosperous market such as Overton, we should aim high. They were right! We had many viewings and achieved a figure close to the asking price and over 10% higher than the valuations provide by the other agencies. It’s not all about the money of course. The local market knowledge and experience within PJH is reason alone for anyone to place their trust in them. The service provided by Martin and his team of Bill, Russ and Sue was exemplary and their marketing, negotiation, and post-offer support was spot-on. Martin himself is also very actively involved in the local community. We completed our sale in March 2020 and have now moved away from Overton. We will be maintaining ties with the village and if ever we look to move back there PJH will be the first number we call.

Made a phone call to enquire about a property but the agent was busy and never called back again. The person on the line who seemed a senior agent was calling me "mate" and sounded disinterested. Looks like these agents need some customer service training.
