Rob is a legend and was super friendly and helpful when I viewed a local property that is on the market with Connells, however Gary never called me on our scheduled date and I've received no response to my e-mail asking for an explanation/follow-up on that. The lack of consistency has put me off using them to sell my property, however I will continue to hopefully pursue my offer.

She was an excellent agent where she did not interfere with our viewing and I often noticed she was out of eye shot when we were looking at rooms and garden. I’ve just used Connell’s for the sale of my house and purchase of another. They’ve been really helpful and professional throughout. In particular I’ve appreciated their excellent communication and attention to detail.
I’ve had very bad experiences with other estate agents in the past (Brockenhurst were just appalling) so came to Connell’s prepared for the worst. I needn’t have worried; Bethany and Eliza have done a great job and I’ll be recommending them to anyone I know who wants to sell.

Unfortunately there is no option to leave no stars. Our experience with Connells Estate Agency has been disappointing and frustrating. Despite choosing to seel our house with them due to their familiarity, we encountered poor communication and unprofessionalism throughout the process. From inaccurate advice provided by their mortgage advisor which led to delays and unnecessary stress and wasting money on our part, to feeling pressured to accept offers from investors, it became clear that our interests as clients were not prioritised. Despite assurances, the agency failed to address our concerns effectively, leaving us with a lack of confidence in their reliability and credibility. Overall, if you want to have a stress free, professional sale DO NOT choose Connells to present your home to the market!

We found Kai, Angus and the team to be friendly, accommodating and professional. Having considered 3 companies, connells advised putting our house on for more than the others which was a gamble at the time. What they may have lacked in comparable experience, they made up in delivery. They worked with us and we sold for £10k more than the other 2 companies had suggested. The house had 4 viewings within 3 weeks of going on the market and 3 offers which in our books is a great ratio despite an horrific year. Our only niggle is we would have liked more updates from them as it did feel as though we were nudging them at times in comparison to the experience with our sellers agents. BUT this is a minor point. The team did the job for a competitive price in a great timeframe.

Alicia was our mortgage consultant and she was absolutely brilliant from start to finish. She was really informative and helped us understand and explore all mortgage options available, to ensure we were getting the best mortgage for us. Zoe was our negotiator and she was also brilliant and allowed myself and partner to visit the property multiple times at our convenience. The communication was great, they both kept us up-to-date throughout the whole process. We have just spent our first couple of days in our new home and couldn’t be happier.

During what turned out to be a challenging process, my advisor was responsive and attentive, going above and beyond to try and make sure my deadlines were achieved. I relied on her to be my main point of contact between the solicitors and the lender. Nothing was too much to ask. I would recommend to anyone.

A disaster from beginning to end. Poorly qualified viewings, only 7 viewings in 6 months, (2 of which cancelled with hours to go), inaccurate listing with misspellings, poor advice, poor excuses, blaming other branch in town for mistakes, phone calls not returned and we were not advised when our advisor was off on holiday for 2 weeks. Avoid Connells at Beggarwood if you want to sell your home!

As a first time buyer I did not know what to expect from the house buying process, it can be scary and fairly daunting but Connells have been fantastic - Joe Smith has been particularly helpful and friendly.
From the first viewing through to completion I have not had an issue at all. Any questions I have had have been dealt with an answered as quickly and professionally as possible. I have been realistic and understand everyone is busy with plenty of clients to keep happy - Connells have surpassed any expectations from me.
The new home welcome gift that Connells sent to me was a very nice touch and hugely appreciated!

To whom it may concern,
All of the office staff at Connells Beggarwood were efficient, polite, and responsive but my main dealings were with Enzo Seaman, the superb mortgage advisor who secured our mortgage.
He then went over and above in helping us to purchase the very house that we really wanted. He continued this help and support throughout a very prolonged period to completion and on several occasions made action take place when my solicitors did not!
We are very grateful to him and cannot recommend Enzo and the Beggarwood office highly enough!

Following meeting the staff at Connells Beggarwood, we followed the suggestion that the use of a professional property photographer may be advantageous.
This was proven correct as even though the property was advertised at a fair price we had five offers at our asking price which led to Connells negotiating bids to achieve a further £10,000.
Through the marketing process and co-ordination of the open day we were kept informed and reassured that all was progressing to plan.
For Sarah and I this was just what we needed!

What made us choose Connells over the other agents was your knowledge and enthusiasm about our property and potential buyers would certainly have noticed!
The marketing package was impressive; professional photography, simple website and the friendliness and helpfulness of the whole Beggarwood team made the process less painful for us.
We also ought to mention the fantastic Connells Home Conveyancing option, which was a real bonus!

My review is specifically related to the Financial Services provided by Enzo Seaman who is based in this branch.
We first met Enzo in March 2016, a somewhat uncomfortable meeting where one has to reveal all the nitty gritty details concerning personal finances, nobody likes doing that right? We were due to view a Connells property immediately after the meeting.
Since meeting Enzo we have made a decision to move our mortgage advice over to him in its entirety. He is a dedicated professional who is providing a first class service, at times going above and beyond to assist with questions we have had about this particular property.
I would have no hesitation recommending Enzo Seaman to anyone seeking financial advice and can assure you that you will also find him to be completely professional and thoroughly pleasant to deal with.
