Joe’s knowledge of the property market around the Gillingham area is second to none. He was able to find us a buyer swiftly and took care of the initial process seamlessly. I’ve never been a great fan of estate agents.
My bungalow was for sale for 11 months having been initially valued and marketed by a well known High Street estate agents with few viewings & no offers.
Enter Samuel Paterson. He ‘talked the talk’ and most definitely ‘walked the walk’ .
At our initial meeting, he was very polite professional & confident and he listened to our needs and desired & then he talked.
What ever he said was going to happen, happened when he said it would!
His communication was unequaled, from WhatsApp groups to follow up phone calls and e mails. Within days of the property being relaunched, he had 2 successful viewings and 2 firm offers.
We completed 5 weeks later.
It’s not often I will do this, but I can wholeheartedly recommend Paterson Estates without any reservations. We were totally impressed with everything about Samuel and the entire transaction. He just has a passion for selling houses and having successful happy conclusions.

I can't say enough good things about Paterson Estates: they are just superb and professional in every possible way. My (mother's) house had previously been on the market with A N Other local agent for 7 months before I switched, in utter frustration at their passivity and seeming inability to sell our property. By contrast, Joe saw only solutions, not problems and was fair, honest and transparent in seeing what could be done to sell a much loved family home. We secured our buyer in a very short period of time and were able to complete an, at times tricky, chain due solely to Joe being utterly tenacious in following up, qualifying and speaking to every single participant to ensure that we got there in the end.

From the initial phone call enquiring about their company right through to completion of our sale, Joe (Joe Paterson, twin to Sam Paterson, who’s business it is) , was with us every step of the way. Everything was done yesterday, nothing was too much trouble and Joe was on the ball with absolutely everything including chasing incompetent solicitors which was not his duty to do so - Joe made sure that everything was in line.
Paramount to any important dealings is communication and it was faultless between Joe and myself, Joe and solicitors and the purchasers. It made our stressful experience easy!!!

I cannot recommend Paterson Estates enough!!! I contacted Sam and Joe to sell my house and they have done with exceptional care, consideration and gusto! My house is a unique property, and to find a buyer was a challenge for anyone - but for them - they persevered and got so many through the door, that I’ve been successful with the sale, in an amazing timescale and a rocky housing market!
