Both Zoe and Amy were very helpful and responsive in helping us get the property over the line, despite us having some difficulties from the previous owner. Zoe and Amy went out of their way to make sure we got the property over the line, despite some of the difficulties we faced. Had the great displeasure of coming across this agent while house hunting. Sent emails and left voicemail back in February for details to be sent, nothing came from them....my ideal home sold a month later. Tried again last week told info would be posted on the Tuesday, nothing by Saturday. Went specially into Barton and Angela was very rude and condescending, had to push hard for copy of info!! Also a house I had previously expressed interest in where the valuation was up for negotiation had been reduced by £10k and sale agreed.....not happy!! Also, on Saturday asked to be contacted by Paul Fox mortgage advisors MAB in Hull. Received 4 calls off Paul Fox Grimsby when I finally answered it was Paul Fox own mortgage advisor!!! Not an honest company at all and in the small print I later spotted that if an offer is made it will not be accepted unless you arrange your mortgage through them!!!!!!!! Wide berth needed...
