Made an offer on a property at Full asking price, I was told by the agent the seller would break their chain for the right price as I am a cash buyer, no mortgage needed! This agent took 3 days to get back to me, I had to chase the agent! I was told by Paul Pieri himself, that the seller was happy to accept my offer, but they would continue to market the property! The original story given to myself by Suzy an employee of Paul Pieri regarding the sellers own position, was a totally different story given to me by Paul Pieri ! The seller was happy to accept my offer, but needed to find a property to buy, therefore I left my offer on the table. However it is absolutely clear I was fed a Cock and Bull story to get me to offer the full asking price, while the Agent continued to market the property, despite my request to remove it from the market should the seller accept my offer! The agents Paul Pieri have absolutely No integrity, they used my offer to drive the price up from another buyer, and failed to keep me informed! Not surprisingly the agents Paul Pieri have made absolutely No attempt whatsoever to contact me, by phone, or email to keep me in the loop, and inform me the property has been sold to another buyer! Totally unprofessional, and unethical! I then see the property STC on rightmove, within weeks of Paul Pieri confirming the sellers acceptance of my offer of full asking price! What a waste of my time and energy. My advice is stay clear of this Company!... Read more

Rang in the morning to book a viewing as was keen to see a property, was told someone would call back shortly, I also asked if the property was still available and it was. Just over an hour and a half and no call back, rang again but I wouldn’t get put through to sales. Eventually got a call back and a very blunt women said sorry is sold subject to contract so can’t get a viewing. Which is fair enough but the tone it came across was not the best. Didn’t even get offered any other properties, or get asked what my budget or type of property I was looking for. Clearly not wanting to sell properties to anyone.... Read more

Paul Pieri and co worked tirelessly to get our house on the market in such a short space of time. the photos were wonderful and they managed to market it whilst we were on holiday which made the whole process very relaxing. Lynette is incredible and has been on hand throughout to guide us through the process. they may be smaller than some of the other high street estate agents in wantage however do not worry about that... it simply means that they care that much more about each client and really do put all of their expertise into your sale. in fact they achieved a much higher sale price on our house than a competitor was quoting! furthermore their rates are very competitive. i could not recommend them highly enough!!...
