We cannot rate Waymark highly enough for their complete professional service throughout the whole selling process.The pictures were outstanding and Yas really captured each selling point of our house, showing it for the family home that it truly was, so much so that our house sold within the first few weeks. Viewings were a breeze and the communication was superb. Yas was on hand at all times and made the process seamless for us, despite there being some struggles along the way which were out of our hands. She is an exceptional estate agent who has thorough knowledge of the market and is an absolute joy to work with. If you are thinking of selling your property then these are the guys to go to! Five stars from us. Thank you so much Yas, if we ever sell again we won’t hesitate in coming back to you guys!

Awful experience. Many aspects of the accommodation were rated as 'poor' during the inventory inspection, broken items were not fixed despite being reported repeated, very aggressive commincation style and entered property numerous occasions without prior notification as per the contract. Definately would not recommend.

Waymark helped us sell our home earlier this year and I can thoroughly recommend them to all. After a disappointing spell with another agent, they took over our marketing and brought in a series of potential buyers many of whom hadn't initially showed any interest in our home. From this persistence we eventually secured our purchaser thanks to Yas who worked so hard for us in making sure our property sold. They kept us sane through the long period of surveys and mortgages and chains. They will always be my first choice when selling a property in the Wantage area.

I have moved house 4 times in the past few years and in my experience Waymark are the best estate agents I have used. Yasmin and her team were a pleasure to work with when I was selling my property just outside Wantage. Everyone there was so patient and friendly when making contact with me , whether it was to arrange a viewing, discuss an offer or update me with sale progression. I have already advised my family and friends to use Waymark and would recommend them to anyone else looking to sell their home. From our first phone call instructing the team at Waymark to sell our property to the completion date nothing was too much hassle for the team! Yas took amazing photos and had a great eye for detail, the finished brochure really did make our house look amazing! Chloe was fantastic communicating with us before and after each viewing! Our house sold very quickly and Waymark were more than supportive with the little issues that occurred before we exchanged and completed. We would 100% use Waymark again if we decided on another house move.

The team at Waymark were pivotal to the successful sale of our property. They provided accurate insight into the market at the time, offered advice on how best to promote our house and were extremely professional and supportive from their initial consultation and valuation, to the final exchange and completion of sale. They offered clear and prompt communication regarding viewing schedules, and provided information regarding the selling/buying status of those requesting to view our home, enabling us to decide who to accept. We dealt mainly with Yas who was wonderful and very forthright which we greatly appreciated, especially during the moments where we needed unwavering, honest advice, and also Chloe who did an exceptional job carrying out the majority of our viewings. The whole team were respectful of our property (and pets!) and were wholly entrusted to enter our home without us there. We will certainly be working with Waymark again in the future should the need arise.

On meeting Yasmin we immediately knew we wanted Waymark to market our property. With a no nonsense, professional approach to matching real buyers with the property. The brochure’s written and pictorial presentation showcased the house at its best. Yasmin and the whole Waymark team provided positive prospects very quickly. Offers were received within a very short timescale and we were fortunate to have a short chain. We were kept informed with feedback from viewings and right through the sales process along with a nice follow up call after we moved. The only thing that could have been better was if the house we wanted was on their books as I would have loved to have purchased through them. We cannot recommend Waymark in Wantage highly enough. From the moment Yasmin first visited the house to undertake the valuation, we were certain they would be our choice. Yasmin stood out head and shoulders above other agents, combining a friendly and approachable manner with a supremely professional and knowledgeable approach. She outlined some fantastic marketing strategies and creative ideas which once implemented ensured our house sold quickly - and at the right price.
The marketing was exceptional. Particular care was taken with the photography, wording, and layout of our brochure, which was truly first-class. It highlighted every possible positive of the property—even a couple of those we hadn’t considered ourselves despite it having been our family home for over 60 years. This attention to detail ensured a high number of viewings from suitable buyers very soon. Arranging these viewings wasn’t always easy due to our shift work patterns, but the team managed it seamlessly and efficiently. Absolutely horrific service. Minimal communication, only started communicating once we threatened a 1* review. They were very lacklustre in chasing outstanding documentation and still have failed to provide us with a timeline of why our process was so slow. We were first time buyers buying a property with no chain, our sellers were buying a new build. Wouldn’t ever think about using these estate agents as they cause nothing but stress. If you do use these estate agents, be very firm and complain earlier in the process to avoid issues as this is the only way they respond.

Waymark were lovely when they wanted our business but very unprofessional and sometimes rude when we started letting and were moving out. Would not recommend.
We witnessed (through our dog camera) a member of staff pick up and read our Mail on the table, in our house during a viewing.
A lot of issues were not fixed in our property when requested.
We were issued a Section 21 as the landlord was selling and from then the Head of Lettings was very rude when speaking to us and was not interested in helping keep our business.
Very disappointed as we are an easy going, respectful couple and appreciated the home we made.
