I did get the information but it was not my intrest but still thought maybe i can see and xhanfe my mind the reason there asking for premiuim of 35 grand that money is just wast ripp of ,i asked the person it states sat you are open morning till 4 but i called so many times and this guy like it so he was like listen if you wnat me to help im here it was simple question but he did not like still my friend just to state u sitting in the offic3 with suit on dont mean nothing its obvious that the costumer service bit its not for you ...most probably its some lanlords whom are happy with unproffesional place

The only reason they aren't now is because I sold it recently. I had no hesitation in selling it through Peach, and sure enough am similarly happy with all the work they've done for it. Peach were ruthless, unprofessional and attempted to take the entirety of our deposit, for ridiculous things which evidently fair wear and tear. Thankfully the DPS agreed and made them return it. Peach were consistently pretty incompetent and disrespectful when they managed our flat. Would let themselves in whenever, give our keys to strangers, enter without consent, and were nearly impossible to contact on email or phone. Quite rude too. When the kitchen was being redone they tried to pull their own contractor in and got a quote for 3x what was needed. Wouldn't recommend.

I rented property 31 Chambord Street, E27NJ through Peach Properties from October 2021 to October 2022. Property owned by landlord Ms Sophie Gregorios-Pippas.
For over 7 months of the tenancy my bedroom ceiling was covered in black mould and leaked yellow water droplets into the bedroom.
The leak damaged my belongings, threatened my physical health due to inhaling black mould daily for over 7 months and had an enormous detrimental impact on my mental health.
Neither Peach Properties, nor the Landlord Ms Sophie Gregorios-Pippas offered any source to recourse for my health and safety during this time, with no offer to rehouse us to a safe property and refused to compensate us for the damage caused to my belonging and life.
We paid £2800 a month, £33,6000 over the year to live in a property not fit for habitation, and had our legal rights to live in a property that is safe an in a good state of repair, and also to live in the property undisturbed disregarded and abused.
Peach Properties and the landlord were difficult to contact and I often had to chase for a response for weeks at a time. This issue should not have taken 7 months to resolve. I feel their approach was quite often unprofessional due to being ignored on multiple occasions.
On top of this, the landlord Ms Sophie Gregorios-Pippas is deducting a substantial amount from our deposit, partly for stains on the carpet caused by the leaking ceiling.
Estate agents and landlords cannot continue to exploit tenants like this.

What we were SO so impressed by though was their help during the long and often tortuous (thanks to terrible solicitors) sales process. Chris was brilliant chasing up solicitors on both sides and kept communication lines open throughout, keeping us sane when it was impossible to get hold of our own conveyancers. Peach Property Shoreditch sent me a deal I’ve accepted and placed a deposit to secure the property I was meant to move to, at the beginning, all went well. Turns out I contacted them two weeks before moving date as I still didn’t receive any contract to sign and when they do I ask them two super simple questions I had about the contract – One was about the move in date that has been agreed with their agent, Carrie, to be done on the 30th. Because I was currently living two streets away she assured me that I could come a week earlier to start moving things some days during that week with no issue (as I was next door I could have carried boxes by feet).
Anyway, while asking the questions I was dealing with another person called Nick, property manager who’s been completely unhelpful and disrespectful – Firstly Ive been told that if I wanted to come in to move things a week before I had to start the contract earlier even if it was just for one day to move things in – Which I found a bit cheeky since I’ve not been told I had to pay a full week of rent early to do that when I visited the property and placed a deposit for it – And when I asked questions about the contract, they were just not flexible to discuss it and became really irritated and told me to basically take it or leave it and if I wasn’t happy, they’d cancel the deal and put it back on the market.
Of course I wanted to move in this flat more than anything (and would be homeless a week after if I didn’t!) plus I was travelling abroad for work! I tried to call them about 5 time to discuss the issues – but no one answered. Which lead me to receive an email 5mn after the tentative of calls, telling me they were cancelling the contract because the landlady wasn’t confortable with renting me the property anymore ! It’s truly unacceptable coming from an agency to not support the clients they have as tenants.
They never gave me a reason why she cancelled the contract and I’ve been in a really difficult and stressful situation because of that.
They’ve offered no help to help me find another place for me and they actually put back the flat on the market for a lot more than it has been offered to me when I visited - Which proves clearly the reason why they cancelled the deal was truly to make some more money out of it. If you are a tenant I urge you to look for another agency to work with as this has been the worst experience I’ve had in 10 years living in London and is clearly unacceptable in a human way to do something like that to someone.
I’ve contacted the manager – Chris, who had the audacity to tell me that it “doesn’t benefit them in anyway to start the process again as we now also have advertising costs, reference costs and time to try and find a new tenant.” I’ve also mentioned – unless they’d provide any explications or help (they didn’t) – I will make sure I will leave reviews online to report their attitude and way to treat tenants and they’ve mentioned they will take actions against me if I was doing this because it would be “false claims” when all I’m doing is stating what happened to me to make sure this never happens to someone else because it’s been an awful and disgusting experience.

I have been trying to book a viewing of a property on Montclare Street since July 29th with an agent called Jack Edwards.
On Wed, Jul 31st I have sent an email to propose a date and time for a viewing, but simply never heard back from the chap. I emailed again the following week and he just responded "sorry for the lack of response". I then proposed another appointment which he confirmed but never sent the address. Two weeks have gone by in the meantime, My partner and I made time in our busy schedules to go meet him this afternoon and he cancelled on us 20 minutes before the agreed time with this message. "Apologies, I will have to cancel this viewing as I could arrange it in time", which I am not sure what it means.
Never have I seen such a complete lack of professionalism from an estate agent. I seriously doubt that the positive reviews on here are genuine as my experience has been to say the least surreal, what a complete joke of an agency!

Alert to landlords: DON’T under any circumstances use Peach as your letting agent. All very well when they want your business, but if things go wrong they don’t want to know. They were well aware that the tenants had caused damage and their electrical suppliers made a dangerous installation of a dishwasher and their inventory clerk failed to make a proper inventory but they refused to cooperate when it came to withholding adequate funds from the deposit. I’m still livid almost a year later.

Quite poor service for tenants -
1) Communication is really slow and sometimes confusing.
2) They tried to make us paying for damages in the property which were already there before we checked in and that were reported in the inventory
3) They tried to make us paying for a sofa they bought (and they forgot about it)
4) Watch up for clause 4.1.5 as they will make you pay at the end of the tenancy an initially undisclosed fee for "preparation for checkout". In our case it was 100 pounds.
5) they hire bad contractors for fixing problems in the house. Our windows were poorly fixed 4 times and systematically broke again.

A very cool, but also very professional agency. I visited their office opposite Brick lane and spoke to Sam who then took me to see 3 Properties in the local area which matched my criteria. I ended up taking the first property, but all 3 Properties were a nice standard unlike some of the other agents Properties I have viewed. Sam passed over my file to Mr Nick Hardy who managed our move in very well. Really nice and friendly staff. Since moving in we did have a couple of issues, but hats off to them as these were resolved very quickly and we are now enjoying the Shoreditch life.

We bought our East London flat from Peach almost five years ago and we had an excellent service from them at the time. So when we decided to move abroad for a while, we decided to turn to them again for the full management of the property. Chris, Georgie and Sam, as well as the rest of the team have been really efficient in dealing with enquiries and have set realistic expectations as to what to expect in terms of rent, expenses and types of tenant. As I write this review, we've just let the property and I'm confident the management will go smoothly.

Let a property to me knowing that that pipes were leaking in the flat and that renovations were due to happen during the tenancy but failed to mention the extent of those repairs. They were never in the office when needed and as things went sour with the landlord (who was also absentee) due to the issues around their contractors and the landlords insurance problems, they were unavailable. Worst 6 months of my life was spent in a flat let by this crew.

I have been using Peach Properties for more than 14 years now, both in terms of having my properties managed by them and also in terms of purchases made through Peach. They have been an absolute life-saver for me over the years and I cannot recommend them highly enough! On top of the fact that they are very professional, the company as a whole is extremely accessible and easy to do business with. Beyond that, they always have time for you, and always with a smile! Sam Gross (assisted by Naj Hoque) was great during my property hunt. He took into account all of the factors I was looking for in a rental property and only showed my relevant places. When I found a place I liked he was efficient in reaching out to the landlord to secure the property. Hell on Earth. It's impossible to have any maintenance issues rapidly fixed. They usually tell you that they are coming to fix it one day and they never show up.
Be prepared to receive a lot of out of office notifications (nobody as at the office when the office is supposed to be opened, the maintenance employees all have the same day off so, if you have an emergency you're screwed and they take like two weeks off at every single holiday...).

Everyone hates estate agents, right? Not me, not with Peach Properties. As landlord with a handful of properties around the East End, Peach are my go-to agents of choice, whether it's for tenant finding (we manage our properties ourselves) or just for a chat about rental or property prices and economic conditions. Chris and Sam are both consummate professionals, who are always pleasant, knowledgeable and courteous. Very surprised to read such negative views about Peach and honestly have to question the authenticity of them. Perhaps a case of ex-members of staff and sour grapes.
I am a whole of market mortgage broker and among the makeup of my client bank are new and existing landlords. When a property I am dealing with comes within Peach's encatchment area, I recommend the landlords engage Peach without a moments hesitation. I have been recommending the services of Peach, from lettings to sales for a number of years now and I can honestly say hand on heart the feedback from clients has been nothing but positive, which is why I have the confidence to continue recommending them.
The estate and lettings industry has a bit of a bad reputation, but I can honestly say Peach break the mould and can hold their head up high as they are friendly, honest and conduct themselves with great integrity.
I would also like to take this opportunity to reply to one comment that was left by an individual regarding an 'Offshore company'. I was offering him the opportunity to legally and robustly make a 40% net saving on his Stamp Duty. The scheme is completely legal (used by the Labour Party in 2006), is fully insured and in no way was I forceful or 'salesy or pushy' for him to use the scheme, I simply explained to the client his options which I am sure no other mortgage broker would have offered him. Had he wished to use the traditional conveyancing method, I would have been completely fine with that as I understand it is not for everyone, instead the client simply disappeared off the radar.
All in all, I am a firm believer that people buy people, and if you are reading this review in which there is a 50/50 split between positive and negative reviews, why don't you just pop in and have a chat to them and make up your own mind, I am sure once you get to know them you will realise that they are a great bunch to work with.
