Right from the start they proved to be open and honest about their working practices, ethics, fees, and what we could expect from them as our agent. Viewed a property twice having spent over 5 hours in total travelling to be told that an offer had been accepted on the property before we even made the 1st appointment. I recently submitted an offer on a property which was accepted by the seller. However approximately 8 days later I was informed by Peagrams that, although the property had been taken off the market another buyer had put in a higher bid which was accepted by the seller. In my book I was gazumped with the full knowledge and approval of Peagrams. Whilst I understand why the seller did this I am very disappointed with Peagrams for not telling the subsequent buyer that an offer had been made and accepted. It was clearly off the market! I will not be using Peagrams in the future as I see them as being very unethical with this type of behaviour.... Read more
