We had switched from another agent where progress had stalled, but Ben Walsham turned things around immediately. He brought through serious, qualified viewers, and within a handful of viewings, a solid offer was negotiated and agreed. Ben went above and beyond from day one. ?Once under offer, Maddie in sales progression was an absolute lifesaver. Conveyancing threw up plenty of complications, but Maddie was proactive, tenacious with the solicitors, and kept us fully in the loop so we never had to chase. ?We completed today and couldn't be more grateful to Ben, Maddie, and the entire team. ????? We couldn’t recommend Harris & Wood enough! Our house sold in less than a week, and although we’re still going through the moving process, the service we’ve received so far has been outstanding. A special mention to Ben, who came out to value and photograph our home. He took the time to explain the whole moving process, which really put us at ease. The photos he took were absolutely amazing and showed our house at its best. He’s a brilliant salesman, knows exactly what he’s doing, and honestly deserves an award! ?????? He also recommended a mortgage broker and solicitors for us to use, and they’ve both been excellent, making the whole process much smoother. Lewis has been fantastic over the phone, keeping us updated and arranging all the viewings, while Eliot has carried out the viewings professionally and made everything straightforward. What has impressed us most is that the team have never been pushy.
