Went to purchase a property through Pearson Gore Ramsgate, Cash Buyer. Happy to pay more than the asking price which i offered however they did not want to know. Turns out the property sold for only £1,500 more than my first offer, took several months for it to go through (so was it a cash buyer?). I lost out and so did the Vendor as they could have got more money
