No reply to emails regarding this. I waited all weekend..
I was promised an update Monday-
that never came!
Days went by..
Finally had a call to say my offer was accepted ???? snooze you lose.
Very frustrating & bought elsewhere..
I should have just been told owner needs to think about it, what’s so difficult about keeping perspective purchaser up to date!
I DO NOT recommend!

As we entered the office someone who seemed the head of the office whispered in the ears of the person who was helping us, which we felt was unprofessional and rude. When they visited our property they didn't want to enter the house because there were more than 2 people inside a rule we weren't told about. We were asked to let our guests out of the house while she was visiting, which is unacceptable. We felt treated rudely from beginning to end and not welcome.

We recently bought a property through the Penarth office and have nothing but praise for the Branch (Belinda & Nicola primarily) and Claire (Senior Sales Progressor, Caerphilly based).

The buying process was never going to be straight forward as the property is in such poor condition including likely structural issues
That said the team were first rate.
In particular Belinda & Jessica stood out - both were highly professional, knowledgeable & focused on Covid safety - each viewing was a pleasure
Further more they were incredibly patient with me I struggled to come to terms with challenges the property posed until I became convinced that this was the perfect property for me

I am currently in the process of renovating my property and have called a few local agents to get them out for sales and rental valuations. I called out Peter Alan in Penarth to discuss rentals. I met with Peter and although the property was nowhere near ready, if I do go down the rental route I know where I'm going. He took the time to generate so many comparable properties to give me an achievable rental figure which gave me more confidence in the property than other agents just seeming like they were guessing a rental figure. I know being in the business you're going to generally know rental figures in the local area but to have evidence of other properties made me see the figure being said definitely is achievable. Seeing as the property is a couple of months away from being ready this didn't seem to make Peter less interested that he can't have the property straight away. If I don't sell, I'll be calling Peter back out so he can find me a tenant.

Everyone in the branch have been excellent and we dealt mainly with Paul who was very interested, proactive and helpful and has helped us sell our property within a few days (although this is still in progress). Would highly recommend
