Alexandra Lewis came out with little short notice to value our property and was extremely optimistic making us feel a lot better about selling. We were anxious re: asking price, and Alex put our minds at rest immediately staying in regular contact during answering all queries (and I asked a lot!). Really knowledgeable and helpful as well as Victoria the branch manager who has also been an excellent help. Thank you for providing such a professional service!

Finally getting an offer in on the house we wanted after chains fell through, the vendors and sellers estate agents applied a great amount of pressure on us to provide an MoS within a day.
Jade at Peter Alan was absolutely amazing with the help that she provided on that day and getting us the MoS before closing hours that same day to secure our next house.
The rest of the team especially Sam and Henry were also a great help in the overall selling process and always a friendly point of contact.

Sold my house through Peter Alan a few weeks ago cant give effect credit to manager of branch hayley from start to finish was absolutely delight to do business with ive sold a few houses with different estate agents over years and by far best come from Peter Alan vic park branch in future will always recommend them to family and friends ??????????

I booked a viewing for today to view a rental in Roath. I turned up at the allocated time and had a confirmation message from the companies staff member.
The staff member did not arrive so as The Roath branch was on the same Road as the rental I went in to enquire.
I was informed that the property was being managed by a Peter Alan branch not in Roath. Odd. A staff member in the Roath Branch went on to contact the branch whom were managing the property to find out why there was a delay.
I was duly told the staff member whom had booked the viewing was not in work and should've cancelled it and that they knew nothing about this appointment.
Obviously I was very unhappy over this as I had taken 2 buses to get there on time. Wasting part of my busy day.
Roath branch could not show me this flat even though there were plenty of staff available and it was about 5 properties away from the branch in Roath..
As they had no key.
The branch whom were actually managing it were too busy.
Total incompetence. I am very unhappy over the customer service.

Chris & Macy @ Peter Alan Pontypridd letting services were very helpful in terms of a smooth transition in relation to finding suitable tenants for our property. Their communication was very good they kept us up to date with every stage of the process ! Highly recommended.
