We had a tough time in our purchase with solicitors who were slow and not communicative, however Peter Alan persisted and got answers when we needed them and always rang back when they said they would! From the first contact with Heather (who showed me the property), the exciting phone-calls with Charlotte when I made the offer, and then dealing with Carys, the sales progressor, I was totally impressed by this team's friendliness, efficiency and attention to detail. I knew Heather Ball from a previous agents (whose service went incredibly downhill when she left) I was delighted to work with Heather again as she is incredibly professional, reliable and efficient. I live in Ireland, so selling a house back in Wales, whilst I was not there and could not travel back (particularly with the pandemic) was stressful, so knowing it was in trusted hands with Heather made a real difference and it sold amazingly quickly despite the timing challenges with lockdown. We returned home as we assumed that the viewing on our house had taken place or been cancelled as there was no communication from Peter Alan. We were about to sit down to eat, when the agent turned up with the potential buyers over 1 and 1/4 hours late for the viewing. Peter Alan did not have the courtesy to let us know they were running late, they just showed up with people while were there. We were so embarrassed, we had to quickly tidy up again, to enable the viewing to take place. How hard is to text or call to let us know??Totally unprofessional. If I could score zero stars I would.

Rich (Richard Bennett) and the team at Peter Alan were absolutely amazing!! We’ve just completed on our new home in Victoria Park and I just have to shout from the roof tops how good he and his team were. From the first day, they were tentative to our needs. We were nervous, but they took all the stress out of the situation and launched our property at an Open House. It ran so smoothly and we also got 20k plus over the asking price!!!
Not only did they sell our home but Richard was instrumental in securing our onward purchase, this was such a big deal for us and he went out of his way to help. We now have our dream home!!

Richard did the most amazing job selling our home.
We live in Australia so good communication was so important to me.
All my emails were addressed within 24 hours and I was 100% clear on what was happening in relation to the sale of our home.
In addition, Our house was on the market for less than 1 month before PA found a buyer.
We previously had this house rented with another office and Richard did us the extra favours of coordinating all the keys and hand over too!
I Thought selling a house from the other side of the world would be incredibly stressful but it’s been an absolute dream with PA Victoria Park.

Utterly disgraceful.
I wanted a flat without a water meter. By telephone and face-to-face their agent Joanne Shears lied twice to me that there was definitely no water meter.
Through that double deception, Peter Alan of Cardiff got me to pay £1,490 and sign a 6 month contract. That same day I found the water meter. So I surrendered the keys and wanted out of the contract but they are contesting it, wanting me to pay the full 6 months term.
All liars go to Hell.
Lying hell-bounds, deceitful, untrustworthy, uncivilised, hostile, swindling, thieving, contemptible, abhorrent, appalling staff.
They chose to get me to sign the contract through double-deceit on the hottest day of the year, when Cardiff buses were not running fully due to the Olympics, knowing that I had skin cancer. That is how cruel and callous they are.
