Charlie May helped through the whole process with a very professional approach. Advice and attention to detail with regard to the sale were excellent. Photos and video together with the aerial video were very good. Timing and response to agreeing for Phillips Smith and Dunn to handle the sale was good. Because I live away from North Devon, it was purely a series of emails being received, detailing the date, time and name of your client. This was followed by periodic updates of how the visit was perceived. We were continually briefed by members of your staff and hence constantly kept in the loop.
