I had a complicated move from Christchurch to Braunton this summer, having to pull out of 2 properties and finally settling on a third when there was very little on the market, being homeless for 3 months whilst waiting for solicitors to complete their tasks. It was difficult, but throughout that time I could always rely on the friendly voices at Phillip Smith and Dunn in Braunton. Both Vincent Brock and Cleeve Pugsley were so helpful, always full of understanding and advice. No request was too demanding and no problem was ever too difficult. I can wholeheartedly recommend them, not only for their expertise and professionalism, but for their understanding and patience during the most difficult of times.

I recently sold a flat through Phillips, Smith & Dunn in Braunton and I couldn’t be more pleased with the service I received.<br><br>From the outset, Vince was completely honest and realistic with me about the difficulties of selling a leasehold property and the price I could reasonably expect. He ultimately found a buyer, but unfortunately the sale became protracted due to the slowness of the solicitors acting for both sides.<br><br>Throughout the process, Vince was incredibly proactive, regularly chasing both sets of solicitors and keeping things moving. Without his persistence and intervention, I have no doubt the sale would have taken considerably longer.<br><br>I really appreciated his honesty, professionalism and determination to get the sale over the line. I would have absolutely no hesitation in using Phillips, Smith & Dunn again and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to sell their property.

There was not much communication ,only a few viewings two were no shows, great photos. Wasn’t sure what todo so I asked if it could reduce it twice, I now think I made the wrong decision, but was not advice.
