I rented from them for a year, incompetent, slow in responding to raised issues with flat,took months to sort few simple things that needed sorted,very rude, this people have no idea how to deal with managing properties,wouldn't trust them with managing public toilets

AVOID AVOID AVOID
We have rented through this disgraced estate agent for 1 year from October 2024 to October 2025. We have taken keys from property and moved in 2 days after. As we moved in we realised the walls have wet marks in many places so there is problem with condensation or possibly damp in the walls, we have reported to prestige and they come up saying:
Further to your recent report regarding the damp issue within your flat, please be advised that there has been no history of damp issues within the property from the previous tenant and it is therefore essential that you heat and ventilate the property adequately.
Absolutely brilliant con to tell people who just took property 2 days ago that within 2 days they get half wall wet in many places in such short time,even their damp specialist they sent there have said it's impossible with such short time.
Anyway withing 2 months of the issue the paint start peeling off in many places in bathroom, boiler constantly run out of pressure due to be old and under maintained. Flat have been very poorly taken care of as floors start going down in bathroom and kitchen.
Their lack of competences are appalling. They will put in tenancy agreement that you need be in property with 24 h notice for anyone they need to send there and they will always expect you to be there not understanding that if you work in regular job you have to give at least week notice to get day off.
Because of them we have lost around couple hundred pounds to stay home for repairs,when asked for some compensation they avoid answer for weeks
This people are nasty, incompetent and have no clue how to run estate management,for your own peace avoid this wild cowboys.
Their answer to this post in comment is absolute joke, only to try protect their business which obviously is absolutely not true, disgraced, look on other people opinions and you will see the truth

I recently moved out of my flat that was managed by Prestige Properties, and I had an excellent experience from start to finish. The team was always professional, responsive, and easy to deal with throughout my tenancy. Any issues were handled promptly, and communication was consistently clear and courteous.
The check-out process was smooth and straightforward, with no unexpected surprises. I always felt that they were fair, organised, and genuinely committed to good service.
I would happily rent with Prestige Properties again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable and well-managed accommodation.

I was a tenant with Prestige as our Estate Agent for 8 years. They were always timely with their replies, and repairs with generally no questions asked. There were occasions where things weren't finished as nicely as they could have been and some issues were half fixed, but generally had a great experience with them and was appreciative to have them as our agents!

As the business's response says, a cleaning fee was deducted from my deposit (and while the amount and reason and even the invoice was dubious at best, this is not the reason for my complaining)
They were simply incompetent. Every single issue I had took weeks if not months to solve and several follow up emails. There was no clear communication about expected time scales to sort issues.
Essentially the few things you might need them for, they weren't at all helpful.
I am very happy to bring up timestamps of and emails to confirm this.

I have had the fortune and privilege of being a tenant with Prestige Properties for the past nine years. This is by far the best letting agency I have ever dealt with. They have always been prompt in resolving any issues that arose in the property.
David, whom I have dealt with the most, is the kindest and most thoughtful person, while always remaining professional. He takes great pride in maintaining the properties he manages to a high standard for his tenants.
I have always recommended Prestige Properties to anyone I've met who was looking for accommodation in London. They are simply the best!

I’ve had a really positive experience with Prestige Properties over the past two years renting a house with them. From the initial viewing to getting my deposit back, everything went smoothly and was handled with care.
When I needed a few fixes at the start of my tenancy, they were quick to help and got everything sorted without any hassle. They were also communicative when needed (for example, notice for gas inspections).
The team was always friendly, respectful and helpful whenever I needed anything. My experience with Prestige Properties was great, and I’d happily recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable lettings company.

Morris and Rachel were condescending from the get go. I asked if they could recommend a solicitor to work with on the purchase I was making through them and Morris said ‘I don’t think you would be be able to afford the ones we work with’ without knowing anything about my financial situation. The way they spoke to me when I was putting in my offer was as if they didn’t actually want the seller to choose me and they sounded very stuck up. I wonder if it’s because a young Indian woman is not their usual clientele? Struggling to think why else they would act like that unless that is just their personalities. They also forgot my property existed and didn’t realise it was completing until my solicitor had to call them to give them a wake up call. I was looking for a place for a 1.5 years and dealt with many estate agents throughout London and they are by far the worst.

I wont even give one star such a rubbish company i dont know how people believing them letting them handle their properties. I booked property for short holiday they keep cancelling it then they removed that checking date from calandra then asked me to call Airb&b as they have problem at their end i called 20 times to sort out booking. There is someome joy sitting there all of them saying our name is Joy. please dont trust them. At the end they start saying property has an issue. They forced me even to book with them they’ll give 10% cheaper but have to hold £150 deposit.

It's been a month since a technician came to repair our door, and the experience was extremely disappointing. The repair attempt consisted of just two hammer strikes, which were entirely insufficient. The door clearly needs to be replaced, not just tapped with a hammer.
To make matters worse, the technician noticed that the lock system was misaligned ( “first repair” ) but then ran off, pretending everything was fine. This kind of behavior is unacceptable and unprofessional. The first repair technician had told us that the door needed to be replaced, yet nothing has been done about it for a month now.
After two burglary attempts, the door remains insecure. I have videos documenting that the door is still not properly fixed after the so-called repair. This negligence and lack of proper service are affecting the credibility of the company. You can't save money on these important matters. Definitely disappointing.
Avoid this service if you value your security and want reliable repairs. This company has proven to be untrustworthy and ineffective.

Scam! Moved out on the 16th of February 2024 and still fighting to get back my deposit. Agency isn’t responding so better be careful renting anything from that agency. Very unprofessional service!!! They asked to pay asap but to pay it back ??? No answer! Please avoid that agency! Thanks!!!

Such an irresponsible and rubbish team, I was interested for a property for rent I contacted with them 3 times, someone said the guy who managing the property will call me back, I was waiting and nobody contacted with me I called them back again and they told me properly is gone! Its fine but at least let me know as per conversation someone should let me know that its gone!

Overall we had a very good experience with prestige. David in the lettings department was friendly, professional, and honest. When maintenance issues were raised they were generally dealt with quickly. We also got our deposit back with no trouble. Only issue I had was they were intransigent about us serving notice before they would give us a reference but from their perspective this is understandable.

Terrible service. Prestige Properties will be happy to help you when they are after your money, but as soon as they’ve got what they want they won’t care at all. When trying to get a deposit back these guys ignored all our calls and emails and eventually blocked our numbers. Avoid at all costs!

They good at fixing things in the house because mostly everything needs to be fixed. Their response is relatively quick. However, I’d advise reading through the contract. They deduced £400 from our deposit after we left. Charged us almost £200 for the cleaning of the flat & an additional £180 for someone to collect our keys. Feel like I’ve been robbed to be honest. There are much better agencies out there. So don’t settle for this one who basically take your money for nothing.

Helpful and reliable. We had a leaking boiler which was promptly fixed. We called them for other things which were as well dealt professionally. No issues with the property. We had a year long contract with 6 month brake clause which we used. We had to relocate for other reasons. Minor missunderstanding with the return of deposit but it was resolved. I would highly recommend them. They are good at their job. Hope this helps.

Responsive and professional agency. I rented 3 years from them. I returned the keys last Friday and got my full deposit back on Tuesday (today when I write this). It happened to have a boiler failure in the past and they immediately sent the plumber who came next morning. Very friendly, correct and nice people.

Lived in a flat for 3+ years and was never given any maintenance or upkeep including not fixing the floor which was just covered with duct tape. The bed that was provided was not suitable for sleeping on long term. They ignored most of my requests and when called, spoke very rudely down the phone.
Oh, and if you expect your deposit back then think again. They'll charge you for things they should have been replaced before you've even moved in.
