Harry & Alex were fantastic from start to finish. They have a refreshing and different approach to selling your home, which brings confidence and dedication. I appreciated their honesty regarding house viewings and feedback from potential buyers. The communication throughout the process was amazing and I always felt ‘in the loop’. Once a buyer had been found, they remained very on the ball with all of the paperwork and chased Solicitors etc. Overall, it was an extremely smooth process, I was delighted with Proceed and would highly recommend them.

As first time buyers in our 20s, we were really nervous about getting a property. It all seemed so overwhelming. Alex, from Proceed Properties was there for us every step of the way, straight from viewing to completion. We viewed properties listed by other big companies but for some reason the viewing we had with Alex didn’t feel rushed or like we were a waste of time. He was really kind to us and took us seriously. He even offered more suitable alternatives incase we wanted to have a look. I think that’s one of the reasons we chose to do with them.
Also, one word of advice, go with the solicitors they offer you. We opted to go with our own but things would have gone so much faster if we had gone with the solicitors offered by Alex.
