I worked alongside PJB on a recent house purchase. They were very helpful throughout the process. Communication was solid and they weren't afraid to pick up the phone and talk things through. Many businesses nowadays rely solely on emails, but PJB were often picking up the phone for ease which allowed two way communications and reduce email traffic where email traffic is already high between multiple estate agents and solicitors. As I now live in Abergele, I'd happily consider them for future sales / purchases of properties. Kudos to Tom for always responding same day to all comms sent in the morning.... Read more

This was the first time I had used Prys Jones & Booth and I have to say they were brilliant. Tom came to the property and provided a good, honest assessment and valuation. It was important to me to have excellent customer service and they certainly provided this. Rhydian kept me updated throughout the whole process and provided all the help I needed. I needed to have my late mothers house valued for Probate and I reached out to several local agents. Tom Coathup at Prys Jones Booth was the only one to respond. They were naturally given the house sale to handle when probate was granted. Tom & his colleagues were excellent throughout the whole process, keeping me informed of developments and providing advice when needed in what is currently a challenging sellers market. They also provided assisted viewing as I live an hour away so found it difficult to attend myself. I certainly can't fault them at all. Their T&Cs were very reasonable and met my expectations.
