Always a fabulous selection on offer. Really well laid out and options to bid online if you cant make it on the day.
Only point last visit was lack of customer service basics when paying. No please thank you or even acknowledgement.
Every other staff member was lovely though and this doesnt normally happen so still 5 stars. The lad helping load our van had so much energy and was lovely.
Looking forward to attending next month

Happens to be where I buy alot of stock and sell too. The auction rooms are clean and new, plenty of facilities and the staff are amazing. I hope you can support cash sales moving forward as the Welland steam fair was wrong not to include you this year. I'd have you all the time. Who doesn't love an auction.

What can I say ,I sold a motorcycle at this auction with all proceeds going to the air ambulance, they never charged me entry and no commission was taken. All the staff were very helpful and polite, they even on my request sent the cheque directly to air ambulance, Thank-you to all staff for there participation in helping to raise money for this vital ambulance service.

The auction company are located on a huge site just outside Ledbury town centre that must cover several acres.
On each of my visit's the staff have been really well organised and both payments & collections have been trouble & fuss free.
Depending on your particular interest, each auction has a enormous range on offer both in terms of quantity and the eclectic nature of the items.
Definitely worth visiting just to muse the various lots.
The site has refreshments and toilets and the main town centre is closeby and a beautiful place to visit.

We wanted to move out early and even said we'd pay rent on the property until they found someone. Pughs found someone immediately and we paid rent up until they moved in, NOBODY lost money, BUT, they still charged us £630 for finding someone. Absolute con! Disgraceful

After finding the correct location on Ross Road by Ledbury Rugby Club, the staff were helpful and able to locate the auction lots, I was collecting.

Impressed with the auction I visited a couple of days ago, well run and speedy getting through so many lots. Was prevented from bidding on the only item I wanted by the auctioneer looking the wrong way and sold to the other end of the hall. Lesson for the auctioneer, double check all the auction room!
Not a lot of space for parking but I would imagine this will be rectified at the new action site being built fairly near by.

Good for buying and selling auction lots or single items. Usually lasts most of the day. No where to sit down, so you just have to find a spot and stand up. If really busy, you can't always see what's being auctioned, although you do get a catalogue and chance to walk round the lots beforehand.
