Very poor communications, we were always chasing them. They don't seem to know about things like Premium or Featured properties on Rightmove.
They are too small and understaffed. You always get the answerphone when calling. I wonder if potential buyers get the same experience?

Lots of information, help and support given. For 5/6 weeks viewings almost daily. Offer made but buyer withdrew at last minute. Would recommend.

It was a pleasure to deal with the team at Denny & Salmond, from start to finish. They were all prompt and efficient as well as very pleasant and knowledgeable. We had viewings from the it database before the house was advertised and we sold almost immediately for a price we were very happy with. I’d definitely recommend them.
