Worse ever estate agents. Unfortunately paid up front with my selling fee a few years back, big mistake. Very difficult to get any kind of refund. Trying to take matter further legally, but again quite difficult. Once selling fee was made, that was the end, potential buyers missed appointments to see house, no Communication, just forgotten about. If the market isn't too good in your area, do not get involved with purple bricks, they might sell in an easy market, but they don't push themselves otherwise. ... Read more
