Suited us to arrange our own viewings but we found we really were going it almost completely alone. The agent we signed up with was good/proactive but unfortunately left a few weeks later and we ended up under the ‘care’ of area manager who was absolutely useless. We asked for very little help which was just as well as he wasn’t prepared to help with anything, not even assisting with negotiating on an offer which is supposed to be part of the service. Would recommend purely from a cost point of view but be prepared to do everything yourselves. ... Read more
