So many bad things to say! Poor customer service, as in I haven’t heard from them since the moment the house went live. After the original agent saying she’ll support us through the whole process, the agent was changed on the app but nobody told us and we didn’t hear from them. Over valued the house by 25-30,000 grand! The list goes on… They haven’t even responded to either of my 2 complaints, nor did they freeze requesting the payment as they are supposed to whilst investigating a complaint, so we had a bill for £1275 for a service we never received! Shocking, stressful, terrible. Now with a local agent who are fantastic!... Read more
