Found the whole Purplebricks selling experience poor. I know it is an 'online' selling site but was told that my agent would be available 24/7 at the end of the phone. Not so. Found it difficult to reach and speak when needed. I know we were not the only clients but could not really get to speak when wanted. Had to wait mostly at the end of the day for a reply, but mostly from a text or email. This was not what we had envisaged. We had to ask for any feed back. Unable to see buyers status- if sold or had mortgage etc. Had to ask these questions on most viewings. No feedback on a no show ! We stopped using Purplebricks at a cost of £1199 ! Beware They are not a 'No Sale No Fee' site.... Read more
