Never ever again. Big mistake paying up front fee. I was doing the chasing. Its not an estate agent is it ? I had 4 different agents looking after me in 7 months. Only 1 of them phoned me to touch base. The rest I had to email and was lucky if I even got a reply. Zero local knowledge...waste of time and money.... Read more

Although I have had viewings, unfortunately no sale was completed. It is ridiculous that you have to pay them even though you have not sold. Would definitely not recommend them.... Read more

Poor service and only really out to get the prepaid service. Agent assigned and never ever met them in person. Then went off sick and no further contact made by a new or the old agent in thier return to work. In terms of marketing the property the service was also poor and instantly reduce marketing efforts when a interim agent put in an offer - which wasn't even accepted. Contacted the potential seller outside of the Purple Bricks ... Read more
