Any estate agent can list your property for sale on Rightmove etc. and attend viewings but it was from the sale negotiation process to completion where Rager & Roberts really excelled.

I very rarely take the time to write a review, but I felt in this case it was fully deserved. Rager & Roberts recently sold a house on our behalf and the entire process was managed with a degree of professionalism and respect that I suspect is all too rare.
They judged the asking price perfectly, ran a sales process exactly in accordance with our wishes and most importantly, found us the PERFECT buyer - we couldn't be happier that our home is now theirs.
Full marks to the entire team at Rager & Roberts - every time we spoke to anyone, from the management, sales or administration teams - they were engaged, answered any question and always followed up. Every person was a proper 'grown up' who knew exactly how to do their job.
Highly recommended - I'd go straight back to them if ever there was a 'next time'.

Justin Clarke at Rager and Roberts made buying a house a walk in the park. It was buying a house near South Downs park and so all the time I felt someone else might jump in and snatch it off us. But Justin was very reassuring and calm and stopped my worry. He has a lovely trustworthy quality and loads of honest and sensible experience and was incredibly helpful with whatever question I had. From a seller’s perspective they were very quick off the mark from the initial phone call to listing the property. No matter who you spoke to, all the staff were friendly and efficient and went the extra mile. I especially liked the fact that everyone in the office was up to speed with the latest developments of the sale so you didn’t have to keep repeating yourself to different people. Offers came in very quickly and the sale was agreed within 4 or 5 days. We chose Rager & Roberts because of their local knowledge and high level of genuine well qualified buyers in the South East. R&R lived up to their promise and although the completion process took quite a few months this was due to delays with our onward purchase and not the actual sale of our property.

Awful, awful company. The worst customer service we have received. We had to travel 1hr 20 min to a house viewing only to be told when we arrived, that the house has been sold few days ago.
They booked us a viewing appointment for another house, even though the house was SST on rightmove, and on the appointment day they called to cancel it.
Ok, third time lucky we think?! We book another house viewing appointment with them again. The estate agent arrives, hooray! And he CAN'T get in as he has got wrong keys. Another agent arrives with a set of keys and they are also wrong.
So we end up wasting 3 hours of our travel time.
How can Rager & Roberts treat their customers like that?! DO NOT TRUST them.

My wife and I just spent the day with Jamie from the Eastbourne office. He kindly showed us around a number of properties we asked to see. His help and advice throughout our visits was first class. From the moment he picked us up at the hotel to the last visit he was thoroughly professional and a pleasure to deal with. We have some serious thinking to do before we are 100% sure a move to Eastbourne is right for us. However, if it is our decision is to make this move we will use Ragers and Roberts largely because Jamie is such a great ambassador for the company. I would have total confidence in his honesty and integrity and I would listen carefully to any advice he gave. Thanks very much for all your help today.

Rager and Roberts successfully sold our property in the closing months of 2018. The fact that it was being sold by attorneys and that there were several intractable issues relating to the status and position of the property did not faze them. They sought and found several very creative solutions to these problems and managed the negotiations with the client, the buyers and other 3rd parties with great aplomb.
