15th Jul 2025 (1 year ago)From the outset Leaders were extremely helpful and supportive. Kept me informed of progress and helpfully led me through all I had to undertake. The sale went through reasonably quickly and they found a very suitable buyer to take over our treasured house. I would certainly recommend Leaders and use them again myself, when required.

Selling a family home after a bereavement is not like an ordinary sale, and he understood that without needing it explained. He never pushed, and dealt with everything sensitively while still getting on with the job properly. His advice on price and presentation was realistic - which is always what you need! - and he kept us informed at every stage. We're so grateful to him. Above all, Darren's a gentleman to deal with. Unhesitatingly recommended.

Communication was excellent throughout right up to completion. And it didn’t feel like you were just a number, I would 100% recommend Phil, very genuine and straightforward and he got the job done with very specific requirements!
