Absolutely phenomenal service from Redmove Estate Agents. We sold our bungalow and the entire process from end to end was slick and efficient, from the original valuation carried out by Michael to the ongoing unapparelled support from Natalie who not only helped to actually sell our property but went on to provide continuous support and guidance throughout the entire process. It's a well know statistic that moving home is one of the most stressful things you can ever experience. However, we have to say that receiving the level of care and support we received from Natalie was not something we'd never experienced before and she enabled the move to be smooth and stress free. We have moved several times and we've never ever recieved such sublime service, care and support as we had with Redmove Estate Agents. If you're selling/buying a property and you want the very best then choose Redmove. High end fantastic service and value for money! From start to finish when buying our house this year through Redmove, we felt treated like real people. Natalie was courteous, friendly yet professional and every query was responded to efficiently and effectively - in fact I don't think there was ever anything she didn't respond to satisfactorily and was excellent at keeping us briefed with progress.
Thanks to Natalie and Redmove for making this such an easy process, especially with COVID restrictions. We would definitely recommend using Redmove services and intend to ourselves in the future.

We sold our house and bought our new house with Redmove last year and I can highly recommend their service.
The process took us from January to September 2020, so right through the pandemic. Natalie navigated us through the process, doing visits via video and within Covid restrictions. I am very grateful for her part in making sure we didn’t lose the house we were buying despite two sales in the chain falling through.
Natalie is very professional, gets back to you when she says she will, gives good advice and to top it off she is just lovely and a pleasure to deal with!

I’m a current tenant with Redmove since April 2020. Due to regular communication with Property Manager Karen I was made me aware of this new flat, which was coming up on the market. Due to Karen’s recommendation I moved from my old flat, which was also with Redmove too into this new one not long after. The maintenance team Sean, Paul and electrician contractor Lee did few jobs around the flat after i moved in and I asked for in a professional and timely manner. My new flat feels like home due to the little improvements:-) Thanks to everyone in Redmove who helped me to settle in the new flat!

Having moved home several times and engaged a number of estate agents and solicitors, I would like to say that Redmove’s Natalie Hicks proved to be the most kind and supportive person we have met in this environment. During the conveyancing process, there is often a woeful lack of information provided which makes clients anxious, particularly if other important arrangements have to be made. Natalie went out of her way to keep us informed and showed real empathy in the stressful situation in which we found ourselves as there were a number of problems associated with the move. I would recommend Natalie and Redmove unreservedly as the firm is client focussed, compassionate and thoroughly professional.

We used Redmove for our sale and purchase. Natalie and team did a fantastic job throughout. She was always available when I rang, and emails were always answered within a few minutes! She also did a great job of chasing solicitors when necessary.
The valuation of our property was spot on, and our house sold within just a few days of being on the market. The photography was great, as was the advertisement.

The sale and purchase weren't without hitches, but the staff kept everything on track through their knowledgeable and efficient advice. They communicated with us regularly, letting us know promptly about all the minor and major changes along the way.
From the very beginning with an extremely professional set of photos for the sales brochure, to the end when they helped with calm reassurance on a stressful completion day, we were completely satisfied with our choice of agents.

We received great service from Remove when we were purchasing our house in York. The service was markedly different to another estate agent who were selling another property which we tried to purchase but the sale fell through. Everyone at Redmove was always really helpful and they were happy to help us communicate quickly with the vendors (rather than go through solicitors) which meant we avoided frustrating delays. When I called to ask for an update on things I was never made to feel like a nuisance (which of course is what you'd expect but not what would always be the case). We'd certainly consider using Redmove if we were ever going to sell our property. Thank you!

What do you want from an estate agent? An honest approach, a realistic valuation, determined problem solving and tenacity to keep the process moving, and quick response to queries. We got all of these from Redmove who sold our house efficiently using great photographs which generated lots of leads quickly, and personal service from one committed staff member who pursued our case from start to finish. The fee was comparable to others in the market, but I think they would struggle to beat this level of service. The £500 John Lewis voucher was the cherry on the cake.
