Lovely people, polite and seemed knowledgeable. But they did what nearly estate agents do these days, placed our property on rightmove etc and waited for the phone to ring. No updates, no active selling, nothing. So after our contracted period we gave notice and went with a new local agency run by two young men who did everything the previous agent did but then tried different selling techniques, different approaches every week we sold after 6 weeks. The agency Freeman and Gray made the difference, and earned my respect and their commision!... Read more
