Awful customer services - arranged a viewing at a property and no one showed up. Called the head office and was told someone would call me straight back which never happened. Went online and found that the property had already been sold STC. If this is the way you do business then I think lessons in customer services and communication are required.... Read more

I put my house for sale through this agent 2 years ago and they were the most useless agency that I ever dealt with and eventually had to withdraw my house from the Market because of very incompetent employee that worked there, they charge as much as other agent Like Morgan or Your move in Dunfermline, but do not know the basic of how to sell a house....
