The agency was prompt in viewing the property and suggesting a realistic price and marketing strategy. (I invited 3 different agencies to give me an estimate). The people in the office were polite and helpful and kept me well-informed about viewings and offers. The property was sold subject to contract after a fortnight (achieving a higher price than expected) and proceeded to completion with no hitches. I was very pleased.... Read more
