Richard James shon through when meeting several different agents. Ethical, practical and hard working. After a long time on the market they got us as a sale in a week. Highly recommended.

I had 7 viewings and richard james gave me feed back after everyone, Emailed me to let me know when a viewing was going to take place. Had 2 people very interested and 1 putting in a confirmed and accepted offer after 3 weeks. Thank you on a great service and keeping the promises you made.

I found Richard James to be very helpful and great local knowledge. Accurate valuation and good marketing. Only downside would be very minimal photos and relying on video tour.
