The house sold quickly due to their large database and we were lucky that a family close by had just sold their house. Overall didn't have good impression of agent as had three different people overseeing the sale, one after the other. Also the write up of the house was inaccurate and we had to draft it ourselves as we couldn't trust the agent to properly describe the house. The valuation was overestimated and we had feedback from the out market phase that it was far too high.... Read more
