This review is late, as we have been letting out our property through Richard James for a few months now. Olivia Forty was very helpful throughout the process of finding a tenant, very friendly, professional and supportive.

Extremely dissapointing customer service.<br>I arranged a viewing for a property today. Drove 1.5 hrs for my viewing appointment. Once arrived, I was informed by the agent that my appointment was cancelled as the property has been let.<br><br>The agent, Emily Costin, assured me she had called me & left me a voicemail to notify me ahead of the appointment that the property had been let.<br>This is completely untrue. In fact, the only corresponce I heard from the estate agency is in the screenshot, a message shortly ahead of the appointment reminding me to bring my passport.<br><br>Pretty disgusting. Really baffling how this estate agency has a 4.6 star review rating.

Daisy and Alex are professional and friendly. They have an excellent knowledge of the local area. We felt confident that they were doing all they could to sell our house in the current difficult market. We were updated regularly.

Very good communication throughout the whole experience. The only thing I would say is that perhaps my house was valued too highly at the beginning and then the price was reduced later to attract buyers. In the end, I sold the house for much less than I was expecting. Perhaps it would have been better to have a lower asking price from the beginning, so I wouldn’t have been as disappointed when it eventually sold for less than I had hoped.

All the above 'excellents' look ridiculous I know, but they accurately and honestly reflect the service that I have received from Richard James which has been nothing short of astonishing. From the very initial photographs for the advertisement to keeping me informed of viewings and confirming the results of viewings, they could not have been more attentive and considerate. In particular I must name and thank Mr James Sargeant of their Wroughton office for his dogged and persistent qualities. I live in Devon and was afraid that I might not be kept quite so well informed as a result, but I need not have worried. I continue to be delighted with Richard James performance and would urge anyone selling a property to ring them up tomorrow - or even this afternoon!

Very good sales work and handling of viewings. Once we had a buyer the progressor was giving us updates better than our solicitor but did go quiet as some points. Overall I would certainly recommend Richard James.
