I've receive outstanding support from Natalie throughout my search for a rental apartment. I'm especially grateful for the level of transparency, communication and detail maintained throughout the entire process. I quickly recognised that I could trust her to guide me in finding the best apartment.
My experience with other leasing/estate agents is that they keep you in the dark until you view the property, bombard you with the details at the viewing and then pressure you to make an offer. However, Natalie's approach was much more effective. She ensured that all my questions were answered before the viewing. This gave me the reassurance that I knew what I was getting myself into - as it should be if you're looking for a new home. She sent a video walkthrough of the apartment - super helpful when you're working and it's difficult to find time for a viewing. Once she knew I was completely satisfied she scheduled a viewing and then followed up to see how I was feeling. The process was smooth and gave me the time to think things through. I'm happy to say that i'm now waiting to receive a contract for my new place!

Brogan Streatfield has been absolutely useless. I’ve been trying to arrange a viewing for a property I was genuinely interested in. I clearly provided my availability twice, both by email and WhatsApp, yet she kept offering times when I wasn’t free. When I tried to follow up and ask for other available slots, she ignored my messages for days before finally replying. By then, the property was already let. The most frustrating and unhelpful letting agent I’ve ever dealt with.

We had an incredible experience with Right Now Residential! After weeks of stress and frustration with the London rental market where so many agencies and agents treated us poorly working with Valeria was an absolute breath of fresh air.
She called me on Monday, sent detailed videos and photos of a beautiful, cozy apartment, and by Friday the viewing, referencing, and lease signing were all complete. We were so shocked by how quick it all was!! We’re now preparing to move in, and it honestly feels like a dream.

AVOID AT AL COST RIGHT NOW RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY AGENCY.
They practice of ‘choosing tenants’ is rouge, discriminatory and entirely unacceptable practice.
I have made attempts to work with this agency on many occasions - had two letting agents showing a flat and on both occasions they lack basic knowledge of business relations and kindness to people.
They get in abnormal amount of people in one day to view the property, ask you to hand over your personal ID and offer, then put it in front of the landlord who’s name they do not disclose to you, and then send you an email that ‘you have not been chosen for the property’.
Since then such practice is allowed in one of the leading countries?
Every potential human has rights to be considered for the property rental. When someone ‘chooses’ a tenant that is a discrimination against other tenants.
Do not waste your time with this rouge agency. By reading the rest of bad experiences of poor people just trying to rent a flat and how badly it is organised, just confirms a lack of human ethics of this business.

Second experience with this company now. Not much has changed from the first one. Gintar?, Remy & Fatima were fine & mostly a pleasure to deal with over email. However a 5* review is not deserved, let’s be honest now… Firstly, we literally moved from one flat to another, on the same floor, several doors down. There was one job. To ensure checkout of one place was not before checking into the new one. This was overlooked, even though we decided to make this move as a matter of convenience. Therefore we had to haul our belongings through the hallway & then leave them there for around half an hour. The check in agent said it was ‘too short notice’ to make any changes when asking if we can move our stuff to the new flat before the cleaning. It was several days by the way, adequate notice in my opinion. This was doubted by us when we were waiting outside the door of our new place until the check-in agent enjoyed his McFlurry & watched the most recent Premier League highlights in our new flat ??????? Basically, the company is a gatekeeper to any flats they’re marketing. They don’t have this exceptional service or professionalism to retain ‘customers’. They market flats in a development & people need them, that’s it. I think they would benefit greatly from some competition. In conclusion, there is not enough professionalism in this company. I even remember there was a gent contacting us via email asking if we’d like to extend. The man would make spelling mistakes on almost every email, making it increasingly more difficult to make out what he is writing to us. I’m not the type to submit negative reviews out of habit, but this was unavoidable, even for someone like me. There are more examples I could come up with if I had the time to reflect over the course of time as tenants with this company. But that’s it for now. I genuinely hope our second year here will be a more positive one with our exchanges with this company.

Disappointed with the service provided by this letting agency. Communication has been poor from the start.
At our first viewing, we were told the sofa would stay, but on our second visit, after the previous tenants had moved out, we found out the sofa belonged to them and had been replaced with a much smaller one. While not a major issue for us, it highlighted a lack of knowledge about the property.
During that second viewing, we pointed out some issues (like peeling bathroom paint and an unsecured fridge) 11 days before our move-in date, expecting these to be addressed. Unfortunately, they weren’t. On the day we moved in, we discovered there was no dining set. We were previously told that this had been arranged weeks before, pending landlord approval but I'm not sure that's really the case. Only after contacting Brogan did a dining table arrive that day. Only table, no chairs.
By then, we had also noticed several more issues: the riser bar couldn't hold the shower head, the toilet flush wasn’t working properly, some lights were busted, and of course, we still had no chairs. We emailed Alisha, who we were told would be our property manager, but received no response or even an acknowledgment. It's now been more than a week and the silence continues despite us emailing that these issues are affecting our daily living in the flat.
To make matters worse, I contacted the furniture shop directly and found out the chairs hadn’t even been ordered. After following up again with Brogan, they finally arrived, a full week after we moved in.
We have done our part to be understanding but as of now, none of the maintenance issues have been addressed, and we have no idea if our property manager Alisha is actually seeing our messages, ignoring us, or if we’re just emailing into the void.
Very disappointing level of service.

I experienced severe discrimination and perfunctory service from this agency, and they were often unavailable on weekdays.????????
When the apartment was handed over to us, it was filled with a foul odor and dust, the balcony was covered in cobwebs, and many of the furniture, including the kitchen cabinet doors, some cabinets, and tables, were broken. When we viewed the apartment, the agency said these issues could be fixed. It wasn't until we received the keys that we discovered the large TV set-top box was still in the hallway, the broken items hadn't been repaired, and the room hadn't been cleaned????????????????????
When we tried to contact them, they made the excuse that some items needed the landlord's approval before removal, but they didn't give us a specific timeframe, and we don't even know if they've contacted the landlord.

As a disabled tenant, I was subjected to coercive pressure to sign a tenancy agreement under false pretences, and once I moved in, I was left to deal with uninhabitable conditions, unresolved maintenance issues, and no basic utility information. I was forced to unwind the tenancy legally — yet I’ve been completely ignored ever since.
Despite sending multiple formal emails and notices, they have failed to return the £2,920.22 they owe me. Their behaviour has been deceitful, negligent, and possibly discriminatory. The only thing they have done is chase me for money — while refusing to engage in any discussion about returning what I am rightfully owed.
I’m now having to issue a CCJ just to get my money back. No communication. No responsibility. No integrity whatsoever.
Right Now Residential have shown a complete disregard for professionalism, accountability, and decency. This company should not be allowed to operate in the rental market.

Vultures. When my late sister died we placed her shared ownership property on the market. As these types of properties have strict valuation rules, we were not able to sell the property for a long time.
This company looked up the ownership of the flat and obtained my late sister's name and chose to write a few letters to her, telling her how she could sell her flat quickly. I had already returned the first to sender to ask them to stop but they ignored that.
I know that the name was obtained from the title deeds - however just because that can be obtained, it does not mean that companies are permitted to send direct marketing to property owners.
It was extremely upsetting and when I emailed the company to ask them to stop - there was no apology. The sales manager just emailed back and upset me further by telling me it wasn't a GDPR breach and how they had every right to do what they do. They had just used the publicly available information accessed via a system called Spectre.
Just because information is publicly available - that does not mean companies can send marketing if someone has not opted in. Receiving letters addressed to my late sister after I returned the first was very upsetting and unnecessary, just because this company wants to win new business.

Living at Dandi Battersea has been a frustrating experience, filled with ongoing issues and broken promises. From the start, we were given misleading information by Right Now Residential, only to realize later that much of what we were told wasn’t true.
One of the biggest issues has been the utilities. We experienced a full electricity cut-off for an entire night, and the hot water continuously shuts off in the mornings without any prior notice. The heating in my apartment didn’t work properly for the first six months of living here, despite repeated complaints.
What’s most frustrating is the lack of transparency with billing. We were promised that after three months, we would receive a breakdown of our energy bills. Yet, more than six months later, we are still paying random amounts via direct debit with no explanation of what we’re actually being charged for. Despite raising concerns multiple times, Dandi Battersea has failed to provide any clarity.
Instead of addressing these serious issues, the management seems more focused on chasing payments than actually delivering the service they promised. Overall, my experience has been deeply disappointing, and I wouldn’t recommend Dandi Battersea to anyone looking for a reliable and transparent living situation.

I had a terrible experience with Right Now Residential, and I strongly advise others to avoid this agency. From the very beginning, the service was incompetent and communication was virtually nonexistent. I paid a holding deposit with the expectation that everything would be handled smoothly, but it quickly became clear that the agency was disorganized and unprofessional.
Their referencing team failed to do their job correctly, and despite multiple emails and attempts to contact them, I’ve been left waiting with no response. Even worse, they have kept my holding deposit without any explanation or resolution. The lack of correspondence is appalling for a professional agency, and it feels like they have no intention of addressing the issue.
If you value your time and money, steer clear of Right Now Residential. Their lack of professionalism and poor customer service make them an agency you should avoid at all costs.

Initially was good but ended up really bad, constantly reaching out chasing for updates and told people was on holiday constantly. Was on the build up of the Christmas period but even in operational hours no-one would answer the phone and was told someone would contact me back.
Was contacted by the person handling my move which was on holidays eventually and was told I would have solid updates within a day or so. Didn’t get any updates until 3-4 days after once again I had to chase them.
In my personal opinion only use right now residential if you absolutely have to - I would try and find the property with another estate agent that your interested in and going ahead with the chosen property (which I did eventually).

Avoid moving into a property managed by Right Now Residential - their level of support in dealing with issues is dreadful, and dealings with their colleagues can be frustrating and often rude. At the end of tenancy they will pull every trick in the book to take your deposit and made the experience as difficult as possible.

I just moved in to the residence apartment and I call say for sure from the mail I sent to view the property to the date I moved in ~Bleona is a real star, she gave me follow up calls and text while I was unreachable, keep to time and date of viewing, followed up on tenancy ref checks, requested for another viewing she made it possible, reply text on time, except when she is not at work and she would reply with “ oh sorry I wasn’t on duty when you text” and always having a ready to work attitude with smile. I made a complaint about somethings, she made sure it was sorted out. Her customer service and relations attitude and professional level needs to be studied in Harvard. Good job

Been on the phone trying to leave tenancy contract but there are ridiculously lazy and not helpful at all. The told me that I have to do the marketing for finding a new tenant myself even though I’m willing to pay(the first time I’ve heard of this btw) It’s also hard to get through to them, they take days to reply to simple emails and I’m speaking of the London office specifically by the way. Just some advice to anyone reading this… take your money elsewhere to companies that deserve it and avoid headache and stress.

The agency is a total scam ! It’s a trap , run away.
I am a current tenant and the way they manage the property is horrible. It took them ages to fix hot water, and since the beginning of winter me and all tenants have been suffering with the cold as the heating is not working, it’s just insane. My personal items were removed from the communal kitchen for no reason. When I asked why they said we have given you a notice to remove them. They just don’t care about their tenants as long as they are paying.
Right now residential has two main features: Latency to respond to complaints
And Unprofessionalism.

2) it would take weeks to get a repair done. The property managers do not respond.

I rented a furnished unit in Croydon from them. Tenancy starting 14OCT2024. Rent was paid and was told I could move from the North and everything would be ready on 14OCT2024.
We get to the unit and it ends up being unfurnished.
Tried calling the property manager and their only response was that the office would be closing soon and to call again the next morning.
Called the company this morning and the most helpful customer service attendant I have ever encountered, said that there is nothing she could do and we should just wait in the unfurnished apartment until someone deemed the case serious enough to get back to us.

I had an excellent experience with Right Now Residential and agent Denim Islam.
I just moved to London from abroad so I was nervous about finding my first apartment, with lots of questions. Denim was very welcoming and professional. He responds very quickly and I was able to contact, view the apartment and agree to the offer; all in the same day!
The entire process is transparent and they're always willing to provide good advice.
I was also in contact with Tallie and was also really impressed!
Overall, it was a quick and smooth process. Highly recommend.
Update: I've renewed my stay, but I regret doing so, and will look elsewhere once my contract expires. When problems arise, the team is very slow in resolving the issue. There is very little communication, and it's not shared to all tenants. For context, we've had a water disruption in our building, and all residents have been without water for a month. During this time, communication has been slow, questions haven't been answered and everyone is left speculating. I understand, that these issues involve many different parties and there is a process, but it's not right to not be transparent.

After my lease was finally over, I left the property in an immaculate state however after 4 weeks I am still awaiting a response on the deposit refund.

We received the Rent agreement just before the date of the move. Therefore, we experienced the inconvenience of having to book a moving van the day before. The agency failed to deliver on their promise that all the furniture would arrive on time, except for the wardrobe. We spent over a week with our clothes piled up, and despite reaching out to the agency multiple times, we received no response. Frustrated, we googled the furniture supplier and had to contact the furniture supplier ourselves, and they delivered the wardrobe the next day.
However, I do want to acknowledge Kimberly, the manager, for her efforts. She was professional and helpful throughout, and I would give her five stars for her service. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience with the agency was disappointing and unresponsive.

I use them for many years as a landlord but the company has gone completely downhill now. They change rules without warning or agreement and do not release funds on time.
If you are a landlord do not give your propery to them as they do not protect your interest and openly lie.
what has gone wrong:
a boilet needs changing but RightNowResidential cannot manage the tenant to allow access to the workers.
Photos need to be taken, the tenants obstruct access and RightNowResidential is not doing anything about it.
Why would they? They keep pocketing their management fee.
Avoid ! Avoid !
After the tenants vacated, RightNowResidential says that the flat was professionally cleaned and everything is in order. But see below the pictures of the flat !!!

Absolutely worst agency. Like all the other reviews mentioned, quick to sort out the lease to lock you into the contract. Once you move in, you are on your own.
Lived on Tagwright House property at Old Street they managed, the horror experience I had included the following:
1. A big hole appears on the ceiling due to water leakage in my room on the second month I moved in. The hole still there after 12 months in the property. Nothing is done to fix it. Repeated ask for follow up with other tenants included, repeatedly ignored our emails.
2. Changing the garbage room lock combination without notifying the tenants or the garbage collector. Resulting in 2/3 weeks of garbage pile up
3. Lift in the building broke down multiple times and multiple tenants got stuck in the lift within the same week. Lift keep breaking down afterward and management will not fix the lift or acknowledged the issue
4. Filling my name wrong in the lease and council tax even after providing them my name and my legal document
5. Toilet sink water stopper broke and water are clogged and stagnant in the sink. Notify them on email and filed a ticket to get it repair. Ignore my email for one month. Email them again to tell them I will not pay rent until they unclogged the sink. They have the audacity to call me asking for the rent while ignoring my email on the clogged sink. Finally schedule a contractor to fix it after having a standoff with them. All this so unnecessary. Just send a plumber to unclog the sink, you don’t have to fix it but at least let the water that is stagnant in the sink flow.
All these experience sound comical but this is the level of professionalism they have.
The reviews they have on their Google map is frequently updated to give it a 5 star reviews. I let you deduce what is going on there.
I would avoid them moving forward no matter how attractively priced their lettings are. It is not worth living like this when you are paying full amount of rent

I’ve been waiting for my deposit to be returned since my lease ended 19 Feb and I first reached out to them on 27 Feb to enquire about the deposit and move out inspection. It’s now 20 March and these guys keep ghosting me - not answering calls, emails, WhatsApp messages, and even ignoring the TDS reminder to return the deposit. For more context, they stopped responding to emails and rejected phone calls starting 5 March. The terms of the tenancy agreement have also defined when the deposit must be returned so they are entirely in breach of the tenancy agreement but do not care. They are terrible, unprofessional, and unresponsive.
Edit on 27 March - it has been 27 working days and these guys responded on my Google review, but have not actually reached out to me or responded to my emails asking for a status update. There has been absolutely no movement on my deposit. So further evidence that these guys are very unprofessional, inefficient, and to go elsewhere.
They responded to my TrustPilot review saying that they had nothing to do with the deposit - clearly, as you will see from the attached screenshot directly from the TDS website, that was a BLATANT LIE!!!

I cannot overstate how utterly useless and incompetent Right Now Residential are. If negative stars was a thing then these people wholly deserve them. I lived in a flat managed by them for two years. I had the particular displeasure of dealing with Billie Allen and Kyah Williams to name just a few.
During the two years I lived there, there were at least 4 different property managers. We were never notified when one left or when a new one was appointed, which often left our emails sitting unread or undelivered for weeks at a time.
Even when property managers didn’t change, emails went unanswered for weeks despite chasers. We lived with a leaky window for over a year which caused significant black mould growth. This was never rectified during the time we lived there, despite chaser after chaser. We found out via visiting contractors that there were significant ventilation/structural issues with the building, which Right Now refused to acknowledge for months. Contractors and builders became our only source of information given that Right Now treated basic information about problems in building as state secrets (and then had the nerve to claim they had been transparent throughout). The level of contempt and condescension they have for tenants in their buildings is truly staggering.
A building-wide works programme was eventually launched (with tenants being notified the morning it began) promising to fix various ventilation issues, but despite repeated engagement with the contractors who often came unannounced to scope out the work, the actual problems our flat suffered from were entirely ignored in favour of "fixing" issues which didn't exist.
At renewal time, Billie refused to respond to our emails or repeated phone calls regarding the negotiations for over a month, before resorting to borderline blackmail tactics to strong arm us into accepting a nearly 30% rent increase.
At the end of the tenancy, our requests for repayment of our deposit were ignored for 6 weeks despite chasers, before they suddenly alleged we were in rent arrears. They had had the opportunity for several months to raise this with us, but chose not to. We soon identified that there were no arrears and this was due to their own incompetence in basic counting. Kyah was particularly unpleasant and condescending to deal with here, ignoring emails, responding selectively, refusing to engage with the substance of the dispute, cherry picking information and ignoring the rest where it proved that they were in the wrong.
I truly have never dealt with a bunch of people more unprofessional and useless than the clowns at Right Now. I cannot encourage you enough to avoid them at all costs and go with literally anyone else.

When we finally paid the holding deposit, the landlord got upset with their unresponsiveness and transferred the management of the flat to another agent. Stay away. They are very fast at sorting out contract and let you move in but after that, you are on your own.
In the 2 months I’ve lived in a property managed by right now residential I’ve been without water, power and heating for 10 days. No wifi whatsoever, 3 leaks one of which was so big that we had to stay in a hotel for several nights.
The property manager I spoke with was unresponsive and gave no information. We received zero compensation for the additional expenses we incurred into and when an issue in the flat is reported they ignore it for weeks.
If you can, go somewhere else to find your new flat.

Where do I even begin with this flat management agency? From the moment I stepped foot into one of their properties, it was like entering a nightmare. The incompetence of their staff was unparalleled, as if they were actively trying to sabotage any chance of a smooth living experience.
First off, the communication was abysmal. It was like trying to get blood from a stone whenever I needed to contact them about a maintenance issue or a simple inquiry. It's as if they were allergic to responding to emails or answering the phone. And when they did finally bother to respond, it was with such a lack of professionalism and care that it made me question if they even knew what they were doing.
Let's talk about the upkeep of the property. It was clear that maintenance was not a priority for this agency. The walls were peeling, the plumbing was a disaster waiting to happen, and don't even get me started on the pest problem. It was like living in a scene from a horror movie, except there was no dramatic climax to make it remotely entertaining.
And don't even get me started on the fees. It's like they were making them up as they went along, charging exorbitant amounts for services that were either never rendered or done so poorly that it was laughable.
Overall, if you're looking for a flat management agency that excels in incompetence, indifference, and sheer disregard for their tenants' well-being, look no further. This agency sets the bar so low, it's practically subterranean. Save yourself the headache and run in the opposite direction.

This business does not deserve any client.
If you are a landlord do not give your property to them to manage ,
If you are a tenant do not rent with them.
They are making money by abusing tenants!

Scam agency. Took a holding deposit for a property immediately and was responsive until the property was no longer of interest to us and then the agent - Brogan Streatfield suddenly became very rude and unresponsive. We had a viewing scheduled and she did not respond on the day letting us know of when we could view it or whether she would be there. When asked for the holding deposit back, she started stating false claims to try and scam us out of getting it back.
We have been trying to reach her for weeks and there is never a response. We have contacted the main office and they can never do anything either. Beware, they are just trying to steal your deposit.

I sent an email, and multiple individuals replied asking me the same set of generic questions, I then responded to all the emails. It’s now almost been a month and there’s no clear date as to when that will no longer be the case. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. There’s also no on site staff throughout the week and considering how many tenants there are that is ridiculous. It comes to do complete unprofessionalism, cutting costs or both. Stay away.

I had a highly disappointing experience with Right Now Residential. From the moment we decided to rent a property through this house agent, things took a turn for the worse. Our troubles began as soon as we paid the holding deposit for our chosen property. At this point, we requested the tenancy agreement, a standard and crucial document in such transactions. However, we were met with unresponsiveness and a significant delay. The agreement was only provided to us on the listed tenancy start date, which was not only inconvenient but also left us feeling uncertain about the entire process.
Our grievances didn't end there. After two years of tenancy, we decided to move on and requested the return of our security deposit and advance rent, as any tenant would rightfully do. Unfortunately, the agent's unresponsiveness persisted, and we were left in the dark. Despite our multiple attempts to communicate and rectify the situation, we received no response from the agent.
It wasn't until the property management team intervened and persistently followed up on our behalf that we finally managed to get the deposits and rent back. However, this process dragged on for an excruciating three months, causing us unnecessary stress and financial strain.
Our overall experience with Right Now Residential was nothing short of a nightmare. Their lack of communication, delayed responses, and apparent disregard for tenant concerns made it clear that this agent does not prioritize the well-being of those they serve. I would strongly advise anyone looking for a reliable and responsive house agent to steer clear of Right Now Residential. Our experience was marred by constant frustration and uncertainty, and I wouldn't wish this ordeal on anyone else.

The worst experience I've had to-date from a letting agency. Unfortunately the property management was taken over half way through our two year lease to these guys and that was the beginning of the downfall.
Pressured to extend the lease even though we asked for a weeks extension so we would have more info on our financial position for the coming year, told no. Asked to extend the lease for a month or two while we house hunt, told no, we were told the owner was doing renovations so we had to leave, no renovations took place. I strongly believe we were pushed out of the apartment so the agency could put it on the market for nearly 35% more than what we were paying.
Wouldn't answer calls, basically just terrible service, even our concierge was telling us the service to them was horrible as well (e.g. dealing with known airbnbs, rightnow doing nothing about them even though they're not allowed).
Also, kept our deposit for over three months without any information on why it was being held, only for us to find out they never took over the deposit and it was still sitting with the previous property management company.
Avoid like the plague.

We contacted Remy at this agency regarding a flat to rent on a Tuesday morning. We were sent a video and told we had to put an offer down in the next few hours if we wanted a chance at getting the flat. We sent an offer and it was accepted that day and we placed a 430£ holding deposit that evening. On Thursday morning, after placing a holding deposit, sorting out funds to pay 6 months rent upfront and the security deposit and organising references within a very short timeframe, we were told the landlord had had a change in personal circumstances and would be backing out of the offer. This is not the agency’s fault and they were apologetic about it, however I was told I would be getting my holding deposit back by the beginning of the following week and it didn’t arrive. I contacted Remy and on Thursday morning she said she’d look into it for me, but by Friday midday (today) she didn’t have any answers for me. The accounts team called to confirm my banking details and said they’ve now paid it back to me, but I asked for proof of payment which I haven’t received. I am incredibly disappointed that the agency doesn’t appear to care that I am waiting on this money to be able to put a holding deposit down somewhere else while I have no place to live! Completely unethical.

At the start of our journey with Rightnow residential, my flatmate and I had some doubts regarding the agency being a 100% legit company, because the agent we first talked to wasn’t able to answer accurately to our questions. But then, we met Tiegan who is the most efficient, friendly and professional agent we have exchanged with while flat hunting. When we first met Tanveer, he explained that his job. He proved that time and again with his thorough knowledge of hme renting and the local market. Worst tenancy I’ve ever been in and I’ve been renting for the last 6 years, they have rented us a house with many faults and dragging their feet to fix them with horrible communication. Spoke to Tanveer on Thursday at 16:00 and by Friday at 0900 I had my new place. He was super enthusiastic and I liked how he spoke. He was not pushy in the way that “deposit now or flat is gone” and he never referred to it as “the property” instead saying things like “let’s find you your new home” which was refreshing and different to other estate agents.
He apologised for over communicating but for me it was great to have a step by step account of what was happening and he managed to get the landlord to partly furnish the house which was very welcome. It was just nice he was thoughtful enough of how his communication is perceived and tailors it accordingly.
Positive lad, profesional but relaxed which is a hard balance to get. Landlords and tenants should speak to this guy and work with him. Legend.

14th May was our moving day into 183, The residences, at CR0 1GD. We were looking forward to our moving in as this would be our first house in London as we have recently moved to the UK.
However when we reached the building our hopes were shattered. We opened the door and we discovered that the apartment that was sent to us on video was a different one. The one in the video shown seems on a higher floor and what was told in the messages was 10th floor but 183 is on 9th floor. We were not given an inside viewing of the apartment stating its not available as its occupied by current tenants.
This is a clear cut case of cheating and wrong selling.
Further, yesterday itself my wife had a fatal experience as the shelf on top of the induction came off and fell as my wife was trying to start the induction to start cooking. She was quick enough to react and catch the shelf as she screamed out loud. Luckily she held the shelf. This left us gasping as the thought of ‘what if our baby was standing there or what if the self had fallen on our baby’. Was there no check done prior to moving to make sure things are intact?

It just doesn’t stop there. The chair was broken. This time hurting our baby. I mean we couldn’t believe ourselves what we had moved into. Safety is of the utmost concern to us and that’s why we had put trust into this building as there were good security features like 24 hours Conceirge etc. but these incidents totally changed our outlook on the apartment.
Not just that, we didn’t get a check-in tour to show us the apartment and the operation of various facilities like induction, heater mechanism, etc. Just the keys were left at the concierge.
Many damages to the furniture, walls. Water keeps draining from the toilet throughout. I mean did no-one do a check prior to our movement?
Last 12-15 hours have been extremely debilitating for us and have caused severe mental trauma and agony for me and my family.

These guys illegally sourced my email and first name and the fact i am selling and approached me offering their services. Usually this direct marketing info is sourced from zoopla and rightmove, but those platforms do not disclose name or emails, which means they got it elsewhere.
First, it makes you reflect of how exposed all our names and emails out there.
Second, would not use an agent with so obvious malpractice. All agents are awful, this is part of the job, no surprises there, but this is really beyond weird.

When you come in for a tour(on time) they will have you waiting because they want to socialise(I never got greeted btw) and never received an apology. The apartment they showed me was clean and nice. But when I moved in my Lord was it dirty! The sink had stains, the cupboard had crumbs, it was filthy.! Also, as I was walking out the building I overheard Dom Moore talking about a resident to potential renters(so unprofessional). This place is a joke. Do yourself a favour, don’t move here. They kept my deposit claiming fake information, which can be proven by multiplying the payslip values. It took them three weeks to cancel without reason (I was charged six months of advance payment, plus deposit) and I have excellent credit, valuation and no complaints or late payments.

I’ve had a great experience with this property management team. I moved to this flat 2.5 years ago, and have always had a property manager that was professional, responsive and helpful.
This was even more evident few weeks back when I had some trouble with my boiler. After giving a quick call to report my issue, the guys at RightNow (Bobby Sehmi and Sandra Gomes) were immediately on the case. Within a few hours, someone was over to check on my issue; and after some major work done the next day, my issue was resolved (with a new boiler unit). I was pleasantly surprised with the team’s responsiveness and attention especially during this lockdown. Bobby kept me informed the whole time and was clearly making an effort to get things fixed asap. Sandra also gave me a call immediately after the plumbers left to make sure everything was okay and coordinating on the background with my landlord. And yes, the plumbers were great help too - fast, efficient, were happy to answer my questions, and thoroughly cleaned up before they left (and yes, made sure they had their masks on at all times!)
I’ve been renting properties for the past 15 years so I can confidently say that these guys are one of the best - which is why I’m taking some time out of my day to share this review. I know of a friend in the city who also had a similar issue last year and had an awful experience getting it sorted with another property company - to a point she left and had to find a new flat... so I know how important it is to have a great team like these guys.

Avoid at all costs. Rented a property through them that they also "managed". Little more than zero response to all my maintenance requests, poor communication, a constant turnover of staff and a general poor attitude from anyone you speak to at their organization. I could go on and on. I urge anyone reading to see how many one star ratings they have and read peoples experiences. They are usually detailed and specific. The load of 5 star ratings are usually a few lines of empty praise, and I would question their authenticity. The faster they go out of business (which they undoubtedly will) the better as far as I am concerned.

I have had the misfortune of dealing with Right Now Residential in a rented property. To begin with, the company looked great as were very proactive and actioned everything that was needed to be done for you to secure the property. As time went on, and moving in, there was very little communication regarding everything and no one knew any answers. The property had multiple teething issues that they weren't interested in assisting with, even though they were fully managing the rental property. In the middle of the contract they implemented new rules even though they were not agreed on by the tenants. Towards the end of the tenancy, it also became obvious the estate agents did not follow normal protocol by providing a check in report when moving in. The estate agents also came into the flat to do 'marketing' when we were moving out, leaving the property not in the same way it was left i.e. leaving lights on for hours until we got home etc.
I would not be recommending this agent to anyone! They only care about taking as much money from Tenants as possible and have provided by far the worst customer service I have ever come across. If i could give 0 stars I would!

don't sign a contract before seeing the apartment. fully-furnished doesn't mean every furniture that they showed you in the pictures will be in the property. I wish I have never worked with them. be careful about the contract you signed.

Please AVOID at all costs if you want to spare yourselves from getting into trouble. The agency RNR was letting out a flat infested with COCKROACHES. As I saw cockroaches on the first day of moving in, I notified the agency straight away that I did not intend to share the flat with cockroaches and was moving out. That's where all the problems started... The owner Peter Murphy went to all extremes to pretend the agency did not know the flat was infested even though cockroach traps were placed in the kitchen. Even though proven that the agency is obliged to return the deposit, the rent money and agency fee as required in this case by the law, Peter Murphy refused to do that. He withheld the details of the landlady and blocked my deposit to be returned by the Deposit Scheme. I had to seek my money and justice through an Arbitrator within the Deposit Scheme and a Judge at the Small Claims Court to get the rest of the money back. I did get everything back but had to encounter this extreme dishonesty, negligence and failed service. Avoid, there are more honest agencies out there!

Worst decision I have ever made was to trust this company. Read these reviews and don't trust it. They gave us the house in a horrible state, dirty, broken shower with mold inside, broken wardrobes, broken parquet, and this is just little of it. However, I have emailed several times to ask for repairs and cleanse, and you know what? I am completely being ignored. Withdrawal your self from this situation before paying, they are definitely going to treat you wrong in some way.

If I could give 0 stars I would, I certainly wish I had read the reviews before paying the holding deposit. I agreed to pay this before viewing the property as I was told there was "a lot of interest in the apartment" and was very keen to secure this, within 3 hours of the link being sent to me with the drafted tenancy agreement (Which was sent to me at 18:20) I was told another tenant had paid. Why are two payment links being sent out at the same time? I work in property and I am aware that this is not the correct procedure. I was not told at any time that another potential tenant had been sent a tenancy agreement and link to pay otherwise I would understand. If this is how they deal with potential tenants I cannot imagine how actual tenants are dealt with. Absolutely appalled, all I have received since are emails saying there is nothing that can be done not a single phone call, my interactions were with Denim Islam.

We are current tenants at a property managed by RightNow. Have been residents for 4 months now.
Property has had no site management or work done since hand over. It’s a brand new (refurbished office block) building left to turn into what was meant to be ‘Surrey Premium Property’ - Far from it!
You contact the office just to be told ‘we are looking into it’ and still weeks later nothing happens. Our rubbish in the bin shed is piling up, we are without blinds (promised) with A shaped windows these were meant to be fitted when we moved in.
The landscaping and communal gardens have been left since March to grow weeds higher than 3ft+. We can’t even use the garden as the grass is like a jungle.
No communal cleaner and entrance area has been battered from everyone moving in.
Overall less than 1* experience.

The purchase took a few months from reservation to completion, and throughout the whole process, Josh was extremely responsive to my (numerous) email queries. He answered all my emails promptly and in detail, sometimes even when out of office hours. He also took the initiatives to chase other parties so that I didn’t experience any unnecessary delays/hiccups. Overall I was very happy with Josh’s great customer service and work ethics.

I recently relocated to London with my company. I had spent many sleepless nights trying to find my ideal apartment here in the city. Most websites and agents were really unhelpful and unuseful.
That was until I came across Right Now Residenstial. I viewed my apartment with Joel Hobby on the Monday who was very professional, helpful and a asset to your company. By the Friday my contract was drawn up and my I received my keys to my new home.
All in all going with Right Now Residential was the best decision I made and would not hesitate to use them again, or recommend them to friends or family.

When using the letting agency Right Now Residential I dealt primarily with two members of staff: Luiggi and Guy. Throughout the process of moving both professionals were extremely friendly and helpful and made my first move very easy!
Initially, Guy showed me the apartment on Tower bridge Road that I now live in by scheduling an impromptu meeting to accommodate my busy schedule for that day. He was warm and friendly throughout the viewing and answered any questions I had very honestly. After the viewing he gave me his contact number and sent me some follow-up images I had requested of the flat for me to show my roommate which was incredibly helpful! He also remained on-hand for any questions I had during the following weeks.
Luiggi dealt with the administration side of things and was also extremely friendly and very helpful also! He answered questions promptly and in detail to ease any concerns we had. He also made sure we knew exactly what was going on at every stage of the move and made himself very easy to contact.
All in all, a letting agency I would definitely recommend. All the professionals we dealt with were friendly and there to help at all times. It was also an especially easy experience for two people moving for the first time!

The whole experience with 'Right Now Residential' has been smooth and Josh Wilson has been amazing in making this experience excellent. Having moved houses a number of times now, I must admit this has been one of the smoothest ones. Really quick service and the whole team are very responsive. Never have I met a group of people more willing to bend over backwards in the name of customer satisfaction. These guys worked really hard to help us sort out our rental flat for a year.
Polite, professional and welcoming it has been an excellent experience being a Right Now Residential customer. Any problems are sorted with haste and contact response time is always as soon as possible.
As estate agents go, these guys leave everyone else in the dirt. Most estate agents feel like they are not looking out for your best interests but someone else's. Not this company though, the customer is always in mind with them.
